We will be sending out the pledge manager survey this week.

This is where we collect shipping and taxes, and gather your address details. There are also optional purchases you can add to your order.

You can switch pledge level, on the page with the green "Get started" button there is a "switch your pledge level" link.

Please note the survey will remain open until we need to provide the details to our warehouses, which typically is about the time the maps leave our factory as we will need to know numbers for our shipping plans and for our warehouses to book the projects in.

So we will not be locking orders or charging cards for about 12 weeks, so you have plenty of time to complete your survey. We will send an update our before we do this so you can make any changes.

What an exciting last week!

Mega Dungeon Month went into overtime for several Days (this may be a record but I will have to check!). We have now finally finished and we are blown away by the support for this project!

This update is to let you know what will be happening now the campaign is over.

Over the next 2 weeks Backerkit will be charging your cards, and then the project will officially be handed across to us and the work begins :) If you have any issues with card payments Backerkit will be able to help resolve these (use the contact button on the Backerkit site).

You can expect the pledge manager to be sent out towards the end of May. This is where we will charge for shipping, taxes and any additional purchases you wish to make. We have curated a range of our favourite Dungeon related accessories which will be available at backer exclusive prices!

While this is going on Matt will be in the design studio drawing the maps!

Thank you all for coming on this adventure with us!

We have had an amazing first weekend and we cannot wait to make the Dungeoneeirum a reality!

In this update we will be answering some of the questions we have been asked and highlighting what you need to know.

One question which has come up is the space. These are large maps, and we have been asked if the maps will consist of small rooms or larger open spaces.

The answer is both, on the designs we have finalised we have some amazing mazes and rooms, and we wanted to make sure it was clear that some of the maps will be huge, open spaces for those big base baddies and for 3D terrain etc.

So whether you want to crawl through tight corridors and rooms, or charge across an open expanse, there will be the map for you in this set!

We are running a poll to decide on the remaining map themes (attached to this update, please take the time to vote and help shape the Dungeoneerium with us). 

As of today the map designs with the most votes are

Following your feedback we have added a $1 pledge level - this will allows access to the add-ons where you can select only the items you would like. 

We have also added a pledge level for just the new essentials map packs - Pirate Coast and Gothic Castles as this was a common request.

We can clarify that the digital versions of the essentials map packs Pirate Coast and Gothic Castle will be included in the digital pledge level.

Attention Adventurers!

Welcome back to our previous backers and welcome to the adventure is this is your first time joining in one of our campaigns!

The Dungeoneerium is going to be MEGA! We are so excited to have the opportunity to print maps this big, they have been amazing fun to design and we can't wait to see them on your tables. 

So you know what to expect as the campaign goes on I have popped an overview below about how we run our campaigns.

While we are live, and afterwards, you can post any questions and queries in our comments section. I will create a thread for anything you need to ask so we can share the info with you. if you have a question you would like to ask privately you can reach me store @ lokeltd.co.uk. I will also create and keep up to date a set of FAQs you can refer to.

We will be using your feedback and ideas to draw the last 5 maps in The Dungeoneerium, so please check out the poll attached to this update and let us know what themes you'd like us to include!

We will be using Backerkit Pledge Manager, so once this campaign has ended we will use this to collect your address details and this is when you will pay for shipping and VAT (for UK & EU backers). You will also be able to select additional purchases here at special backer only prices.

Please be sure to read the shipping section so you know what the shipping costs will be.

We expect to have the map designs completed and begin printing later in 2026, and we hope to have your rewards with you by the end of 2026.

When we send rewards out we use our 2 usual warehouses, this is in Atlanta for the US (using USPS and UPS) and Spiral Galaxy in the UK. For UK and EU Backers VAT will be collected at the standard rate for your location. US backers in GA will be charged Sales Tax in the pledge manager survey.
