Project Update: Locking Orders and Charging Cards
Hey everybody, just a quick update.
Backerkit wants me to lock orders and charge cards before I can deliver the Back Catalogue to the backers who got that option. I had hoped to get that add-on delivered shortly after the end of the campaign. So now I have to decide whether to 1) lock orders and charge cards months earlier that I wanted to (I prefer to do this closer to the launch of the actual product, i.e. The Kiln), or 2) delay the delivery of the back catalogue until the Kiln launches later this year.
I'm deciding to do the former. So orders will be locked and cards will be charged quite a lot earlier than probably you're used to on a backerkit campaign, and that's why.
In the meantime, the artists have begun working away on the interior pieces for The Kiln! I'll send out another update with some works in progress once we have a small collection to share later.
