Project Update: Shipping has officially begun!

We’re currently packing and dispatching orders, and while this is a very busy time of year for couriers, we’re hopeful that some deliveries will arrive before Christmas.

Heliana’s Guide Handouts – Refunds Being Issued

Now that packing is underway, we’ve made an unfortunate discovery. We’re really sorry to share that due to a logistical error, we don’t have any physical Heliana’s Guide Handouts available to ship.

Because of this, we won’t be able to deliver the physical handouts as planned. We know this is disappointing, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. This affects all backers who ordered the Heliana’s Bundle.

What happens next:

A refund for the Heliana’s Guide Handouts will be issued back to your original payment method.
You will still have full access to the digital version, which remains unchanged and available to you.

Refunds will be processed automatically, and you should see the funds returned to your account shortly (timing depends on your payment provider).
