Shipping is calculated based on your location, with all items shipping from New York, USA.
Items will be shipped after the preorder period ends and the items arrive from our manufacturer, and they're expected to reach you within 10 business days + extra time for customs, of the backer kit's finalization.
These estimates may not reflect the actual price and are subject to change at any time.
VAT will usually cover any extra costs during importation, but you may be liable for fees.
We ship through a third party, so we have no control over the day your package arrives. If you experience issues, email lunabeens@gmail with the information about the order and we will do our best to give you an update.
If a product or package is damaged or shows signs of wear, examples include, water damage, scratched product, or dented pins, contact us for a refund or an exchange on us. Proof must be provided within 24 hours of you receiving the package, including photos, timeline of what happened after receiving the product ( for example, if you dropped the product, we are not liable. ) and also whether you want a refund or exchange. All products are HAND graded, if you receive a product that doesn't match the quality you expected, for example there was an issue with the colors, or find you received the wrong pin, email us for an exchange of product.
Fulfillment: (note: these are approximate and subject to change) Jan 22nd - campaign begins! Feb 12th - campaign concludes! Late Feb - surveys sent! Mid March - cards charged, orders finalized! Early April - manufacturing begins! Late April - manufacturing concludes, orders fulfilled!
It is your duty to fill out the backer survey. Failure to do so will not receive the product and your pledge will be considered a donation. Any products you pledged to will be forfeited back to us.
Your data, such as source clicks or website redirects will be collected by google analytics to help us advertise to people in the future! NO OTHER personal information will be stored or saved.
Information given to us such as addresses or phone numbers for the delivery process will be given to our third party shipper, so that the product will arrive on time. We will not keep this information or save it ourselves.
Product shipping dates may change at any time, be aware but we will do our best to ship within 10 business days.
You are responsible for paying for shipping, if you do not pay, your pledge will be considered a donation and you will receive no product.
We hand grade every pin, and slight color variations between the images and real life product may occur. Simply because we print with pantones and your device coloration, along with the lighting of the photos, may slightly alter the colors.
