It’s a sunny day in July and I’m thrilled to share some great progress on Awaiting the Burning Gods.
All components are officially in Panda’s hands, the manufacturing deposit is paid, and production begins this month. We’re now one big step closer to putting this box set in your hands.

The updated zine also includes a sneak peek at Dai’s custom alphabet for the Seneschal, a unique blend of influences that perfectly captures their laser-cut language as it appears on their stone memorials. Even better, Dai has agreed to turn the alphabet into a custom font for your home use! You’ll be able to create your own handouts or repurpose it as an alien or ancient language in your games. Side Quest: Burning Gods x Hardlight Anthology
Recently, I’ve been having a lot of fun running an ongoing campaign set in Nakatomi Sector 1365 from the upcoming Hardlight Anthology and recently dropped the Barge Bazaar in as a hook. It’s shaping up to be a great place for crews to offload illegal contraband from corporate raids. And I can't wait for them to get there, enmeshed in all its messiness, chaos, and greed.
It's been a delight weaving all of my adventures and factions together into a larger, connected setting and I’m especially excited by how well all the Burning Gods and Smuggler’s Guide content fits into the larger Nakatomi Corporate Sector. I’m working on a free Hardlight Anthology preview, so, if you're interested in reading more about that project, stay tuned! And, in the meantime, you can learn more about it here.
