Project Update: MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS FORM
Hey all,
Welcome back - last update was a whole campaign ago and I didn't intend to go that long! Long story short, the site was blocking "suspicious activity" and I actually got blocked out of the site during a live crowdfunding campaign! Yikes! So I was limiting my time on BackerKit until the campaign was over just in case so I didn't get blocked again. Even having multiple tabs open on Backerkit flagged me for being suspicious which is unfortunately how I work on my campaign pages....
But! I'm back with extremely important information.
Here is the official Google Form for Missing/Damaged Autumn Aesthetics Orders.

But! I'm back with extremely important information.
Here is the official Google Form for Missing/Damaged Autumn Aesthetics Orders.
Please read this before you submit a help request:
- Only fill out this form for AUTUMN AESTHETICS orders.
- This does NOT count UK orders via Etsy - I am setting those up this week.
- Do NOT fill out if you received a tracking number TODAY or the day before (August 22-23). Your issue/order has already been taken care of.
- Please read the form carefully and follow all instructions. It's not long, but it is detailed.
- This form should take about 5 minutes to complete.
- Filling out this form sooner will get you your pins faster. I am fulfilling any help tickets I receive today as early as tonight or tomorrow.
- If you elect to wait for your pins until Cyberpunk Animals is fulfilled, it could still be up to 2 months out. Ita Holster will be longer unless you only ordered pins - not the bag.
Please fill out this form if you have been affected. My goal is to take care of all remaining and mistake orders this week.

Project Update: Missing/Damaged Items Form In A Couple Of Days
Hi all,
This will seem a little silly but this is an update announcing another upcoming update. I’m out of town and have been for the last couple of weeks so I haven’t been able to get a lot of shipping or admin work done on my campaigns.
I’m trying to finish up a form for everyone with missing or damaged orders to fill out so I have all the support tickets in one place. I’m driving home the next few days but once I’m back at my own computer I’ll get them sent. Please be patient in the meantime time - I will make sure everyone gets their items. I will also be sending out the last handful of orders, so we should be wrapping on this project very soon.

Project Update: Shipping Questions
Hi all,
My email inbox got flooded with support tickets yesterday and today so time for another update since I don't have time to respond to every request.
If you're a domestic (US) backer waiting for their order:
My email inbox got flooded with support tickets yesterday and today so time for another update since I don't have time to respond to every request.
If you're a domestic (US) backer waiting for their order:
- Labels have been printed out but not all items are shipped. I always print labels first, then pack, then ship. Please be patient as I am working as fast as I can.
If you're an international (excluding UK orders) backer:
- Many of you messaged about your package being returned to sender. This indeed happened with every single fulfilled international order. I've been trying to figure out why this happened because it has never been a problem for me before, and all I could conclude is that BackerKit did not export customs information correctly. I'll have to repurchase all the labels and start from scratch. Very sorry for the inconvenience.
I will post a final update as I usually do when all fulfilment is done, so at that point if you still haven't seen any movement with your package you can let me know. Domestic orders usually take a week and international orders can take up to a month in previous experience.
About half of the orders have been sent, and I'm hoping to get the rest done next week. We had a string of tragedies recently so I've been taking care of that as well, so sorry if I am a bit slow getting things sent out.

Project Update: Wrapping Up Very Soon + Pics
Hi all,
I'm back from an extremely challenging Spring. Those who were following my recent ita bag campaign know that I just had to say goodbye to my wolfdog Balto recently. Still grieving a bit on top of recovering from an especially hectic and clunky move, but the good news is that I should be able to finish fulfilment on this campaign very soon. It should take us a week or two to finish the remaining orders.
The rest of the pins finally arrived! I was not given an exact reason why, but my manufacturer needed extra time. Sometimes they'll remake pins on their own if they notice enough errors, and the pins I received look fine, so I'm not terribly concerned. I won't be reopening surveys this time as I really just want to get the orders out and mark this project as fulfilled, but I will have the witch sets available on my Etsy very shortly. Thank you for understanding.

Project Update: Fulfilment Update! + PICS!
Hi all!
I've unlocked all orders for the folks who wanted to add items after seeing pin pictures. Only the tea is in at this point - the witch sets are taking a little because there was some miscommunication about some of the effects I wanted to use vs the effects the manu assumed I wanted to use. As it goes, but I'm steering the ship back on course.
Speaking of pics, here they are!

I really wish I could've taken better photos - these are SO much better in person! The details and techniques are incredible!!
While I wait for the witch sets, I'll start fulfilment on the rest of the orders. I am leaving for Anime Boston in a couple days so there won't be any substantial movement for a couple weeks, but after that I will be getting as many orders fulfilled as I can. Thank you for your patience while I deal with everything else going on - the move has been, uhhhhh, something for sure. I'm still trying to track down missing merchandise among other things. Just want this move to be over :)
