I wanted to apologise for the delay in sending out the surveys.

This is my first time setting up a campaign on BackerKit, and I have found the survey setup more challenging than other pledge manager platforms I have used before. I am still learning how everything works, and I want to make sure all the pledge levels, add-ons, and shipping details are set up correctly before the surveys are sent.

I am currently in contact with the BackerKit team, and they are helping me set up the survey properly. Once everything has been checked and confirmed, the surveys will be sent out.

I know waiting can be frustrating, and I am really sorry for the delay. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I work through this.

I will keep you updated and let you know as soon as the surveys are live.
