Surprised to be making a post so soon, but Blightfall got across the ocean, through customs, and to the fulfillment partner in the UK lightning quick. Subsequently, they started mailing things out almost immediately! I've seen a couple books arrive already for UK backers (in some very intense packaging, they don't play), so keep an eye out.
However, I don't have access to the tracking data, so I have no idea how the EU shipments are going. If one of you beautiful EU backers receives your book, please let me know so I can feel less anxious.

THE PALACE: Yesterday I released The Palace to cross-collab backers. All backers, regardless of whether they received the cross-collab bonus, should have received the updated VTT with the Palace sheet included as I refuse to maintain multiple google sheets! Please note that VTT 1.2 is completely separate from VTT 1.1, so you will need to download this new version if you aim to use it instead of the old.
Since I'm already releasing The Palace in the VTT to everyone, might as well release the pdfs to everyone. These include pdfs that match the corebook's style as well as printer-friendly pdfs. BackerKit's backend didn't make the distribution easy, so in the coming days/weeks, I'll update all digital platforms (itch/rpg trader) to include the new VTT as well as The Palace pdfs for free.
SHIPPING: For UK/EU backers, I have finally dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's, and am now able to ship the books to the fulfillment partner in the UK. Lots of speedbumps and surprises in this process, but we're getting there. I apologize for the delay, I really wanted to keep your costs down! I'll keep you all posted as to when the fulfillment partner receives the books and will begin shipping them.
For everyone else, nearly all the books are in the mail as mailing it myself was infinitely easier and faster. There are couple weird edge cases for some people, like payments for shipping not going through, but most should have their books soon. For the majority of you, this means you will be completely fulfilled!

I have done a couple test ships and so far everything has arrived safely.
For physical backers: 1. I'm currently waiting for BackerKit to approve my shipping set-up. Then I can lock addresses, charge for various taxes and shipping, and start sending these out. You'll get a couple days notice from BackerKit before locking addresses and charging.
2. If things go as planned, UK/EU backers will now be delivered through a fulfilment company in an attempt to streamline shipping and costs. This means that there are a few extra steps for me to get the books to you. For the EU backers specifically, the powers-that-be are now charging an additional €3 customs duty you must pay upon delivery. Shipping in 2026 is an absolute nightmare.
3. Local pick up at Gen Con: I'm going to Gen Con at the end of the month! If you're going to be there too, then save some money and choose local pick up. I won't have a set location, so reach out to me and we can coordinate a quick meet-up for getting you the physical. Backers getting digital copies should have access to almost everything now. The Palace playtest finished last week and I've got some design updates to make, layout to create, and VTT to update.
1. Final PDFs - The final pdfs of Blightfall and the Designer Commentary went out this weekend. You should have received an email about it! If not, check the Digital Rewards in the Your Pledges & Surveys section when you click on your profile pic in the upper right.
I'll work on getting them on itch and some other places soon for others who may want to purchase. Or you can just share it with them. Pirates are cool.
2. A few people got add-ons in the pledge manager but had issues with payments processing. This apparently will stop you from getting the final pdfs, not just the add-ons. If you are one of those people, let me know and I'll make sure to get you access to the final docs. Weird move, BackerKit.
3. VTT - Smallest of Notes - If you're using the VTT, make sure you hit ENTER after putting in damage, otherwise, the VTT will try to use the last number in the box. If it's your first time taking damage, it will seem like the button is broken because it's trying to subtract 0 from your HP.
4. The Palace Class - This applies to everyone, not just cross-collab backers! I'm halfway through playtesting this bonus class and will then release it. To save myself the trouble of having to maintain multiple VTT sheets, I'm just going to add The Palace to the master sheet. That means that everyone will get access to The Palace on the VTT. Enjoy!
5. Shipping Update - Last update I said I was going to lock shipping addresses and then charge for shipping and taxes. That didn't happen! In an effort to make UK/EU shipping even better, we're trying something. Until I get a final answer on that, I won't charge shipping as I don't want you to pay incorrect prices. I'll keep you posted, but the goal is to get these books to you as soon as I can.
The books are still on a boat in the ocean. Turns out the ocean is big. Dang.

I'm happy to say that printing is done and the books are heading my way. I've been told they should get to me around mid-late June. See below in the Backer-only content for the video the printer sent me. The UV Gloss and the painted edges look fantastic. I was not expecting the painted edges to be metallic, but I honestly like it even more than a matte finish!
Locking Orders: Due to the progress made, I'm going to lock orders at the end of the month. No further add-ons can be selected after they are locked. You'll get a 48 hour notice email from BackerKit beforehand.
Final Surveys: Soon after, a final survey will go out to confirm your mailing address and charge for add-ons, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes. Please complete those quickly as I want to get these books out the door to you!
PDFs: Also, when you complete the final survey you should gain access to the final pdfs (hyperlinked and bookmarked) and the Designer Commentary. The Palace cross-collab class will be uploaded at a later date.
