nov update:
Hello everyone
Thank you to those who filled out the errors form from the previous update
As off today all of those are resolved e.g if you needed replacements/corrections those have been sent out today
I'll continue to keep an eye on the form! So if you need to log an error please use that

And thats a wrap (errors form inside)
The last of my packages went out this week! So we are done hehe
Hopefully all post should arrive by the end of November (postal delays included in this)
The issue i am having now is despite white listing backerkit, any emails ive recieved i well …. Havent recieved really cause theyve all gone straight into junk/spam the bin. Or i get them like a week later.
Its super irritating
What ive done to try and combat this is a google form.
Super simple form, i just need either your backer number or email you backed with and the nature of your issue.
Theres also a spot to upload photos if you need to.
The form doesnt collect any emails beyond what you give me.
Ill be keeping an eye on it and if i need to reach out about your issue i will!

October update: 50% done
Hello everyone!
We are just over 50% complete shipping wise, probably closer to 60%. The bulk of the larger slower orders are done so I'm now working through the smaller quicker orders.
I pack and ship orders on my two days off a week which has slowed things down more than I anticipated, when I launched and planned the campaign I worked 2/3 days a week so lots more time. However Everything will be complete before I leave for convention on the 24th. That is my firm deadline
Errors will be dealt with as they come up where I can but I will also put a call out mid November to remind people.
Thank you all for your patience and support again and I hope as you receive the pins you like them :)

shipping begins
After a little bit of sickness and some irritating delays thanks to life shipping has finally begun!
If you paid for tracking upgrade that will be sent to you as it goes out and gets uploaded to backerkit!
If you didn't your package will be marked as shipped but will have no tracking obviously.
I currently work full time so I'll be packing around my hours but I'll aim to get everything done as soon as I can.

Extra update: pins have shipped! + charging cards
Hello peeps
The pins have shipped! Ive got 3 boxes coming my way, as such i’ll be charging cards on Friday!
Ive just gotten a promotion at work which does come with more hours but a consistent rota. So i’ll be looking to get orders out on my days off. Im hoping the process will only take a couple of weeks around work but I’ll keep everyone updated as i go! You’ll get emails when your order is shipped, and if you upgraded for tracking you’ll receive that number as well :>

July Update: More pictures and card charging
Hello everyone!
I finally have an update from my Manu, which means I have an update for you all!
We have photos of all the pins (these are at the end of the update) ! And they should ship to me before the end of the month?
A little longer than I anticipated? Yeah, but would I rather that than rushed b grade pins? Yeah, I would.
What does this mean? It means I'll be charging cards for shipping fees at the end of the month, and then locking addresses. YOU WILL receive an email before addresses lock to let you know it times to update them if you need to. If you already need to, do it now before you forget <3
If anyone has any issues, please email me! You should be able to through contact me, or support request!
Anyway here are the photos <3

Okay, seriously. You've posted a new project, but still haven't shipped my pins yet, and you've been in the process of shipping this project for over 2 months. What gives?
