Updates

Hello all!

I hope everyone is enjoying the book, We're in the middle of a move, at the end of which we will be in a SHOP on a HIGHSTREET. Come say hi maybe: 254 Lee High Road, London. We're not open yet but you might spy us through the window being very tired.

There are about a hundred of you who still do not have your books. This is because of an issue with our fulfilment partner. Nothing exciting, just some communication issues. The good news is we have been in contact and they're preparing to send (or might already have sent) the last lot out. Keep an eye out for an email from somewhere named ZATU!

Hi Everyone,

So sorry we didn't update last week, we're still dealing with the unexpected Warehouse move you may have heard about in our newsletter.

We're aware that a few people haven't received their books for various reasons and we have prepared our fulfillment partner to get these all out in the next week or so.

Hopefully this is the last of the books to go out but if you find there are any issues please do email us directly and we'll be happy to sort it out.

Hi Everyone,

Quick update for May, 

At this point our fulfillment partner, Zatu, has sent over 90% of the pledges already and is polishing of the remaining orders that were missed or came in late for whatever reason.

All these orders are being sent by Zatu so do keep an eye out for them for tracking details.

If you're in Europe and are asked for an IOSS number please reply to the email Zatu sent you with tracking details asking for it and they will be able to help you out.

Anyone else who has still not completed the survery/paid the postage please do so as soon as you can as anything missed from the 1st couple of waves requires us to come back to manually which will cause delays.

The first (main) wave of books has gone out! Our dear sweet friends over at ZATU have finished sending what we gave them and are awaiting the second (smaller, and probably last) wave. If you have any problems with delivery, please reply to ZATU and they will sort you out. The small delay on the second wave is down to two things: 

Thanks for being a part of this project everyone, we're particularly proud of this book and can't wait to hear about the games you run with it. Seriously, pile them on, nothing cheers us up more than hearing about people's games.

Hello valued employees of Sutlers LTD, it is time for your irregular update.

Books are on their way out the door and should be turning up over the next couple of weeks. We've had a shortfall on copies of Troika but a re-print was ordered ages ago and is on its way so I don't predict that being much of an issue. Everything is being sent by our dear sweet fulfilment partner, so they will be arriving in international-friendly ways, hopefully avoiding any unnecessary import fees.

We are aware some of the PDFs are acting up (Big Squirm, looking at you) and will be fixing those imminently.
