Just a quick update here - artists are working on pages! They are due in over the next couple of weeks, and some people have asked for extensions due to scheduling, but that doesn't move my expected ship date of June 2024 just yet (I try to plan for delays in advance). I didn't ask anyone to start working until funding was completed, and art takes time! From what I've seen so far (layouts, pencils, inks...) everything is looking AMAZING and I cannot wait to show you more!
I will send a bigger update in a couple of weeks once I've gotten more pages in and have more previews to share with backers! I am working on the book layout, and I'm really excited about how it's looking so far.

What happens now? We make the book. Our talented writers and artists are already working on getting their stories completed for this collection!
There will be a pre-order shop opening within the next couple of weeks, and surveys will be sent out ASAP, I just need to wrangle a bit of info first regarding packaging and weight to figure the most accurate shipping costs for you. There's much to do!
I'll be keeping you updated along the way as pages keep coming in, and the book design starts to come together. As of right now, we are hoping to be off to print by the End of April/Beginning of May to ship to you in June.

I just wanted to leave a comment saying that I do not normally read comic books. As a professional Editor, I find that reading them becomes quite annoying because of all the errors lol and honestly, a lot of the big ones (ie Marvel and DC) are lots of punching and not much plot! But I do make very, *very* rare exceptions to my no-comics rule, and this is now one of them. I am so excited to give this a try! I have ordered the glittery copy for display, and PDF for reading.
Seriously, well done, team. This looks absolutely wonderful. And after "comicgate" (#cringe...) it is something the comic book industry desperately needs!
I myself am pansexual, but I never experienced any kind of misunderstanding, bullying, rejection, depression, etc, associated with it. I've had it easy with my sexuality, seriously. I feel so sad when I hear and read about other LGBTQIA2S+ struggles! The fact so many voices are coming together to write their real stories or stories inspired by their experiences, etc, and that donated copies will go to public libraries too, I think this project will make a real difference in a lot of lives.
