SHIPPING CHARGES: Will be collected through the Pledge Manager after the campaign.
VAT & TAXES: You will be responsible for any VAT or Import Taxes that your country charges when ordering from outside of the USA.
ADDRESSES: Be sure to check your address information! You will be reminded before addresses are locked for final deliveries.
TRACKING: All packages will be sent with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information via email by PirateShip. Tracking will also be added to your pledge in BackerKit.
MIS-DELIVERIES: Midnight Mica Art is not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages. Please make sure when providing shipping information that it is correct.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed.
Every backer is required to fill out a Backer Survey, sent roughly 2 weeks after the campaign ends.
Here you will choose your pin designs, select add-ons, add your shipping info, and pay for shipping, etc.
Timely completion of the survey is crucial. Please make sure to submit before the deadline (see timeline).
Survey answers are necessary for my order placement. I cannot order for what I don’t have counts for. If you do not complete your survey within 3 months of the deadline your pledge will be assumed as a donation, and rewards will be forfeited.
Pay Over Time is available for this project, which allows backers to split pledges of $150 or more (before shipping and tax) into four interest-free, automated monthly installments, no additional charges. These installments will begin as soon as the campaign ends.

I may add some other projects to this list as I would love to bring some of the colorful spring/summer ideas to life this year! 💜
