I'm looking forward to taking a little break myself, and with prep on the surveys and preorder store almost finished it looks like that might actually happen this weekend haha. The rest of this week was almost entirely dedicated to getting the preorder store set up, which took A LOT more work than I anticipated! We have over 90 unique SKUs for shirts alone so to say it was tedious is a tremendous understatement.
The good news is the preorder store is now live! And surveys are 95% done, I'm just waiting on the backerkit team to do some last minute finagling on their end to get the bundle add-ons working. This can take up to 5 business days, so I'm tentatively planning for surveys to go out on May 5th.
Please remember if you already backed the project, do not place a preorder through the store.
Your orders will not combine and you'll be charged twice for shipping if you do so. Wait for the add-on section on your survey!
Charmsey is chipping away the last few collab illustrations and should have the final artwork finished before surveys go out. Below is the latest WIP for the sweater-- doesn't it just get cuter and cuter? 🥹
I've also ordered the rest of the samples for the button-ups! The next batch of samples should all have pockets and customized button colors.
And finally I'll be paying for the pin and shaker samples next week, so I should have a pretty steady stream of things to share with you over the next couple months, yay!
Good news! I finished the Enoch postcard which means the postcards are finally DONE!! I'm so relieved haha.
I hope you guys liked how he turned out! He's very fun to draw even though the tentacles take me forever 😂
That means all the artwork for the campaign is finally done, and as soon as everyone gets their surveys in I can begin ordering products.

First off, thank you for those of you who came to watch the stream today, it was such a fun time! Not only that but I managed to get a lot done too - TWO postcards!
I finished up Dante and Theren, and boy, they both turned out quite, uh...suggestive 😂 but I didn't think y'all would mind considering how unhinged y'all are haha. They were both so fun to draw. 💖
I'm super excited about how they both turned out! Kinda funny I ended up with two purple guys with white hair and horns huh?
That just leaves Enoch now as far as postcard designs go! And on that note, people on the stream today requested that I do another stream while I work on the Enoch postcard, so I will be doing another stream tomorrow at the same time - 11am Pacific, 12pm Mountain, 1pm Central, 2pm Eastern. I have just sent out the "smoke test" portion of the survey, which means 5% of backers in each pledge level will receive the survey first to make sure there are no issues with it.
If everything goes smoothly, I'll send out the rest of the surveys within the next few days, so please keep an eye on your inboxes!
Friendly reminder that surveys are not optional! Your survey is where I will collect your shipping information as well as which items you want to receive with your reward. If you don't fill out your survey, I cannot send you your order.
A few other things to keep in mind:
Shipping hasn't been charged yet, and will be charged at a later date, after you fill out your survey. So please be prepared to see that come up as an extra charge later on!
I didn't realize that BackerKit would be taking fees out of the shipping costs, and to compensate for this, I've had to add $1 more to the estimated shipping costs originally stated on the campaign. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you decide to order additional add-ons during the survey, you will be charged for them at a later date.
I will notify backers via project update when I'm planning to charge cards for shipping and add-ons.

Why have I been so silent? I've been assisting my Pintopia partner with setting up and managing their re-launch campaign. I've been providing mock-ups, banners and more. Sadly they didn't reach their funding for their first project, however they just re-launched and are already funded for their initial goal! YAY!
Why am I telling you all this? Well we have decided to provide those of you who backed my project and their new relaunch project, with our two free pins. This generosity is the essence of Pintopia 2, and we wanted to still offer it to anyone who wished to support us both. Of course, some wont be able to support me for another week or two as I set up my pre-order store, but you who are reading this right now, can help make a difference and get 2 freebie pins!
I did say that there would be Read Queer Stories for the pride flags that did not become pins, and that's what I've been working on today, so here's what I have so far.
Every option that was in the poll, that received at least 1 vote, got a sticker re-color, with the exception of a few. Those few exceptions were because there was a bit of contention over what flag/colors to use.

It's important to remember: These stickers will be available as add-on stretch goals. An Add-on stretch goal means a specific number of stickers needs to be purchased to actually manufacture them due to printer minimum order quantiles. For each of these stickers a quantity of 15 needs to be purchased to manufacture them. When you add an add-on stretch goal to your order, if we reach the minimum number goal, you will be charged for that item on the lockdown date, and you'll receive it with your order. If we do not meet a minimum order number for an add-on item then it is removed from your order and you are not charged.
I know it's a bit disappointing that all the seasonal kitsunes didn't get achieved. HOWEVER, we have enough backers that it may be possible for me to get some color variations on the cherry blossom kitsune! If you'd be interested in such a thing, please leave a comment! Here are a few examples, using color schemes similar to the original kitsunes :) Let me know, and I can ask my manufacturer if we can do a few different colored five-tailed foxes!
Big news critters! I had my fingers crossed we'd get a plush update this week and my manufacturer really came through.
As expected many of them still need some tweaks, but they also look better than I was anticipating for a first look! Thornheart is virtually finished, and Cosmic Beez only needs a material swap on their badge and star to be totally perfect.

Poor Glitter Moon got a bit of a raw deal compared to the others, but that's okay-- I'm sure the next pass will look much closer to the concept art 💖
