About Us: Mochiville is an art shop based in Richmond Hill, Ontario (Canada). Inspired by everything cute and magical, we hope to spread joy to others through enamel pins, stickers, bookmarks, art prints, and more!
To support a Backerkit project, pledge to one of the pledge levels. In our Backerkit campaign, you can customize your pledge with extra add-ons.
Backerkit works as a "Pledge now, Pay Later" system. You will NOT be charged until the end of the campaign (Feb 12, 2026), and only if the campaign reaches its initial funding goal.
How will I be charged? Your payment will be split into two separate payments.
1st Payment (February 12, 2026): Includes pledge level and campaign add-ons
2nd Payment (March 9, 2026): Includes shipping fees, taxes (applicable in Canada only), survey add-ons, and any outstanding payments
Note: Shipping is collected only in the 2nd payment (it will not be collected in the 1st payment). Please refer to our shipping section for shipping fees.
You can change or cancel your pledge at any time before the campaign ends. Backerkit will email you a reminder when the campaign ends!
We recommend pledging early to help unlock designs. If you wait for your desired designs to be unlocked before pledging, it may make it more difficult overall to reach the stretch goal. Pledging early enables you to take advantage of Early Bird perks as well!

Shipping fees and taxes will be calculated and collected after the campaign through surveys! Please check your emails for your survey after the campaign has ended! Thanks!
Note: We understand shipping to the USA has gotten expensive. If we find cheaper shipping alternatives to the US by the time we fulfill orders, we will refund backers the difference. Listed shipping rates are in CAD (Canadian Currency).
VAT, Tariff fees, Duty Fees & Customs Fees: Backers are responsible for any VAT, tariff fees, duty fees or customs fees related to their package. Mochiville will not be responsible for any VAT, tariff fees, duty fees or customs fees.
Customs Declaration: Please be advised of the country of origin for our products.
Due to the current US-Canada situation, shipping to the US from Canada has changed.
For this campaign, we will be using a 3PL service to fulfill US pledges. This option allows us to fulfill US orders with a third-party within the USA. Most fees associated with shipping to the US (tariffs, duties, and taxes, etc.) will also be prepaid with this option. Please note that US shipping has increased to cover most of the fees associated with shipping to the US (tariffs, duties, and taxes, etc.). Shipping will be charged separately after the campaign.
We estimate that rewards will be shipped around July 2026. We hope that US-Canada relations will improve by the time of fulfillment. We will try our best to keep everyone updated on the shipping situation!

Note: This timeline is the best-case scenario. There may be some unexpected delays due to manufacturing, shipping, etc. We will keep everyone up-to-date on any delays!

Production: Enamel pins are hand-made and can sometimes have flaws (such as slow-filled enamel, colour variation, scratches...etc). All backers will receive an A-Grade quality pin from us.
