🇺🇸 USA Fulfillment Update 🇺🇸
Our US fulfillment partner, White Squirrel, informed us that they can start fulfillment this coming week after all product shipments have reached their warehouse in Everett, Washington (USA). We will provide an update when fulfillment is complete!

We are happy to share that our pins have arrived! 🎉🥳 Here are some photos of our shipment of pins at our manufacturer's warehouse (top left photo) before reaching our office studio in Ontario, Canada (top right photo).
Our US fulfillment partner, White Squirrel, informed us that the first of two shipments of pins reached their warehouse in Everett, WA (USA) yesterday. The second shipment of pins is scheduled to be delivered later today.
We also received the mushroom spellbook die-cut stickers (pre-launch follower freebie) in our recent sticker order, and they turned out great! We are excited to be starting pledge fulfillment soon!

We are excited to share that pin production is now complete! 🎉 Hooray! 🥳 The pins are currently being shipped to us (in Canada) and our US fulfillment partner, White Squirrel (in Everett, Washington, USA).

For this campaign, we decided to outsource packaging to our manufacturer. It was our first time outsourcing this part of the pin production process, and we think they turned out great! We added safety compliance information to the back of the packaging to adhere to new US safety policies for imported goods.
We also received a photo of the Healing Lotus Spellbook with UV-printed details. We think they turned out fantastic!

We sent out reminder emails earlier today that shipping addresses will be locked soon. This is your chance to update your shipping address. Addresses will be locked in 48 hours. We will be preparing for fulfillment so that we can ship out everyone's pledges as soon as the pins arrive.

🇺🇸 US Fulfillment 🇺🇸
Due to the changing US tariffs and international import/export policies, our pins will be shipped directly from our manufacturer in China to our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Everett, Washington (USA). Our fulfillment partner, White Squirrel, will be fulfilling all US orders.
All Canadian and international (outside North America) pledges will be fulfilled from our studio in Richmond Hill, Canada. We have split our production shipment to ship to both us (located in Canada) and our US fulfillment partner, White Squirrel.

We hope everyone has been doing well! We just wanted to share some production photos from our manufacturer. Please note screenprinting and UV printing have not yet been applied in these photos. We think the pins are turning out great, and we can't wait to see them in person soon!
🇺🇲 Update on US Shipping 🇺🇲
One of our postal services in Canada sent out an email a few days ago informing us that the US federal regulatory agency, CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), will enforce new reporting requirements for certain affected HTS classifications starting July 8th, 2026. Temporary restrictions on shipments from Canada to the USA have already been placed (starting July 2, 2026) while the CPSC requirements are updated. One of the HTS classifications is 7117199000, which is what enamel pins are classified as.
What does this mean? Certain U.S postage options are not available for shipping enamel pins from Canada to the USA right now (we are blocked from purchasing those shipping labels). It is unclear whether all other Canadian postal services will also restrict shipments to the USA in the next week. We also do not know how long these temporary restrictions will be enforced. There is a high chance that our shipments may be rejected from entering the USA with the upcoming new regulations.
Since pin production is close to completion, we plan to ship our pins directly from our manufacturer in China to our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Everett, Washington. Our manufacturer informed us that they can ship our pins to the US. They can also handle submitting the required certifications if needed. Hopefully, shipping our pins this way will help us avoid complications with the new CPSC regulations. We will keep you updated!

Just wanted to provide an update! The acrylic keychains of the Fly Agaric mushroom have arrived, and they look great! Please note that all the keychains have a thin protective film on each side that can be removed.
🧚♀️ Message in Bottle Pin Design Changes 🧚♀️
I also wanted to update everyone that we had to make some slight changes to the design of the Message in Bottle Pin. We increased the size of the pin from 1 inch to 1.25 inches to better accommodate cut-outs and the epoxy (clear enamel). The design is mostly the same, with some adjustments to the proportions to scale up the design.
Pin production is still in progress! We're hoping to receive some production photos from our manufacturer soon!

We also wanted to share a quick preview of our upcoming pin collection, Weapons of Heroes Enamel Pin Collection - Series 5. This new pin collection will feature pin designs inspired by mythology and fantasy RPGs.
We will be launching as a project part of Pin Quest 2026. Follow our launch party for the latest updates! Our project will launch soon on June 16th, 2026!
