Hello! I apologize sincerely for the survey delay. My hand pain remains really extreme and the worst trigger for it is the repetitive motions in tapping/clicking/typing and heat and ice do not help. The pledge manager is extremely type and click-heavy in a way that speech to text can't help with. 

That being said, I've already gotten started with packing every grab bag type that doesn't require a survey question to be answered first and I've made a ton of progress there, so the processing time (if I start Dec 4th, when funds were received) I mentioned in my campaign info should still come really close or be met.
