Seconds grade pins contain flaws noticeable even at a short distance, including wonky plating, enamel outside the lines, misaligned printing, streaky enamel, scratches on plating, incorrect colors or effects, etc. The pins in the image have been graded as seconds pins already, if you see no issue with them you should have no problem with these!
