Shipping charges aren't included in your pledge at this stage of the campaign; you will only pay during the Pledge Manager phase.
Due to contractual reasons, we can't ship to Russia, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Turkey, or Central and South America. Due to high package loss rates in certain countries, we will not resend games to Pakistan and Nigeria if they are reported as missing. Israel may incur additional fees due to couriers in the region imposing dangerous handling charges.

For any additional pledge/package, expect 50% of the base fee. Add-ons don't require any extra fee.

After receiving your physical goods, you have 30 days to report any issues so we can arrange reparations such as replacements. Once the 30-day window closes, we will consider the project concluded. So remember, talk to us, and we will make things right!
