With your help, we can turn these first three designs into hard enamel pins!
Each hard ename pin is 1.5" with screen printed highlights, double posts with adorable rubber hearts (or metal clasps if you prefer), and laser project details including artist name.
Our samples below! The griffen came out a bit lighter than our pantone but people seem to like it as well so we'll be doing your choice of the lighter color or the darker brown color of the spec sheet.

Meeting this goal will automatically unlock ALL designs as 3" stickers. Even if the pins or plushy don't get funded all monsters will be available in sticker form.
All of the initial funding items are available as add ons, but we also have some items that we already have the materials to create that we are offering as add on items right away! This will help us fund the other items without buying additional materials.

Each unlocked design from our collection turned into an acrylic magnet with the original artwork, with strong magnet backings.
3" vinyl stickers - $3.50
All of our designs are available as 3" vinyl waterproof stickers even if the pin design is not unlocked.
4x6" Sticker sheet - $8 (unlocked at $2000)
A mix of our designs from Bean Monsters on a 4x6" sticker sheet. Great for filling in spots on your water bottle, laptop, and perfect for journaling and sharing.
Badge ribbon 6 pack - $10 Various mix and match badge ribbons with 6 bean monsters . These are fun for trading and giving out at conventions. The colors may vary as we're working on the best colors to match each quote. Add them to your lanyard or a ribbon keeper keychain!
Locking Pin Backs 5pk / 20pk With these spring loaded pin backs you can give any pin more security! They spring lock into place and then you can remove them with a pull and twist of the end disc.
Magnetic Pin Backs 5pk / 20pk With these spring loaded pin backs you can turn any enamel pin into a magnet! You can then unscrew them and wear them again as a pin whenever you want. A great way to display pins without permanently changing them into magnets.
Gift Wrap With the gift wrap option, your order will be packaged in a mix of pastels, curled ribbons and a custom note included if you would like to add a message.
Packaging video
These are great for those of you that love ASMR packing videos from artists. A video of packing your order will include and a couple extra gifts as well as a video with your name and backer number posted to TikTok and Instagram tagging you.
Below you can find the campaign and fulfillment timeline. Please notethat timelines are not subject to change, due to unforeseen circumstances or delays.
January 23rd - Campaign Starts February 13th - Campaign Ends and backers are charged February 18th - February 26th - BackerKit surveys sent out March 1st - BackerKit surveys locked down and charged for shipping costs 2-6 Weeks - Pin and merchandise manufacturing period April 1st - Fulfillment and shipping begins.
Please note that we expect shipping to begin in early April but this does not mean you will receive your package immediately after shipping begins. Depending upon the total amount of backers, shipping carriers, and available helpers, the fulfillment period can last anywhere from one month to four months (it averages between 1-3 weeks). I'll make every attempt to get items out as soon as possible because long waits from delays make for nervous backers and I want everyone to get what they want on time.
IMPORTANT INFO - Shipping costs will be charged to you after the campaign and separately through your BackerKit survey. We calculate shipping rates based on weight and location to ensure we collect the right amount to be able to ship everything out. Shipping cost averages about $5 in the US for a 3oz package and $15-20 international
Add On Item Shipping Fees - You will have the opportunity to add on extra items in your post campaign survey. Add on items may come with additional shipping costs depending on the final weight of your order.
All orders are shipped through USPS and come with tracking. International backers are responsible for their own countries VAT or import taxes/fees. Our customs forms are filled out as accurately as possible as merchandise.
We are partnered with another project Bean Monsters being run during Pintopia! Our project run by Alicia, and Bean Monsters run by Misty. If you pledge for both campaigns you will receive each of the following enamel pins!

Early Bird Pledge Levels Early Bird pledge levels are only available for the first 2 days of the campaign! Early bird backers will receive a discount on their selected tiers and some will receive extra gifts as noted.
Backer Responsibility As a backer you are responsible for completing your survey and paying shipping fees within the time frame allotted to receive your rewards. As creators we are only able to communicate with backers through project updates and reminder emails (email correspondence will be sent to the email on file for your pledge). As a backer it is your responsibility to check and read project updates, and to check for survey emails. If you fail to stay updated and do not complete your survey, you could forfeit your rewards. (Read more about reward forfeiture below)
Rubber Backs vs. Locking Backs Each pin from our campaign will come with your choice of butterfly clasp or rubber backs, but we highly recommend purchasing locking backs. If you choose to adhere your pin to a jacket, bag, or other item, with a rubber back, and it falls off, we will not replace the missing pin. We do offer locking backs through our add-ons section in your survey.
Manufacturing Three of us are very versed in working with manufacturing and have combined decades of experience with the pin making process along with working with textile, vinyl, and metal manufacturers. as experiences as we are things happen and there can be minor delays in manufacturing.
Artist Misty who is the lead contact for the project will be upfront with backers along the way. They will disclose any setbacks, delays, and any other pertinent updates. with a minimum 1 update per month until all packages are shipped out.
It's important to understand that this is a crowdfunded campaign. Crowdfunded campaigns are often subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Please also understand that money pledged to a crowdfunded campaign is a donation or investment. This is not an online store and you will not immediately receive your rewards after pledging.
Please note that minor changes may occur in production, and that the images presented here are our mock up designs. There is a possibility of slight changes in color and size in the physical item.
Refunds or Exchanges After the campaign has ended, you will have ample time to make your design selections in your BackerKit survey. You will be notified before surveys are locked down and any add-ons are charged. Once your order is locked down, we have a no refunds or exchanges policy. The only time we will issue a refund or replacement, is in extenuating circumstances, or if your pin arrives damaged (please read the section on pin grades to determine if your pin is damaged). If you believe your pin was damaged in transit, please reach out to us immediately and attach photos of the damaged pin.
Pin Grades We offer two grades of pins, First Grade, and B Grade. First Grade pins are the only pins offered in crowdfunded campaigns. Our pins are handmade and may have minor cosmetic imperfections. Examples of First Grade imperfections are as follows, but not limited to: - Small buff marks, scuffs, or scratches on metal/enamel - Small specks, pores, or bubbles anywhere on the pin - Slightly low or uneven fills - Slightly misaligned screenprinted details (for pins with screenprinting) - Slight variations in the distribution of glitter - Slight defects in text (this is usually only in pins with small text) We want to make you aware that these First Grade pins may have small imperfections, but 99% of the time, these imperfections are non-existent or not noticeable.
Color and size of items. While we have made many pins before, the pins in this campaign have not yet been manufactured. The designs you see on this page are only mockups, which means the final product may vary in color and size. With our experience though the pins have nearly always reflected the mockups accurately.
Different computers, phones, and other devices have different screen settings which means coloration may vary between screens. We use a Pantone Solid Coated book to choose the colors for our designs. The manufacturers use those Pantone numbers to know which colors to mix and apply where, however, looking at a Pantone swatch on paper, is different than looking at a Pantone color in enamel. Each mockup has a rough estimate of what the size will be. Our sizes are either specifying the general height or width of the pin. The actual size of the physical product may vary in slight ways
Forfeiture of Rewards Once project shipping is completed backers will be notified via a campaign update. This campaign update will have a final survey completion date. If your survey is not completed, and your shipping costs not paid by the completion date, you will forfeit your pledge payment and rewards. We will not fulfill forfeited rewards and pledge levels after the completion date
Lost or never received packages - Forfeiture of rewards We make every attempt to get your package from our workshop to your home. Packages for this campaign will come with a tracking number. Regardless of tracking numbers, sometimes packages are lost in the mail. We will notify backers with an update when the project is near completion. If you have not received your package by the completion of the shipping process, you will have an extended period of time to contact us about a missing package. If you do not contact us within that extended period of time about a lost or never received package, you will forfeit your rewards and we will not provide a refund or re-ship your rewards.
