🇺🇸 US Pledge Fulfillment 🇺🇸

We received an update from our fulfillment partner, White Squirrel, that the first 135 US pledges have been fulfilled and shipped. Tracking numbers have been emailed to backers. There are about 38 US pledges left to be fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. We are about 77% done with fulfillment.

We apologize for the delay in shipping out US orders. We've overcome quite a few challenges to get our pins from Canada to the USA 💪😤. In summary, we had to get CUSMA certifications, DDP approval, label every product with a country-of-origin sticker, and pre-pay duty and tariff fees to get our shipment of enamel pins, stickers, keychains, and art prints (a total of 1000+ items) across the border. With the help of our fulfillment partner, White Squirrel, we avoided other shipping complications by fulfilling US pledges domestically. It has been quite the journey!

In the 5+ years we've been running our small business, we have never experienced so many challenges with shipping to the US as we are experiencing now, but we are happy to finally be closer to shipping out everyone's rewards! We appreciate everyone's patience during all these challenges. We will provide another update once the last batch of US orders has been fulfilled.
