Thank you to those who have already completed their surveys. We are currently just over 50% complete, and 40% of you have also purchased an add-on. We truly appreciate your continued support.
I would like to address two questions that we frequently receive:
1. "I haven't received my survey yet." If you chose the "pay over time" option, you will receive your survey once your final payment is complete. This ensures our item counts and inventory remain accurate.
2. "I can't upgrade my pledge." This was an error on my part as the function was not enabled in the back end. This has now been resolved. Even if you have already submitted your survey, you can still change your pledge until the surveys are locked. If you continue to experience issues, please email me and I can update your pledge manually.
Other than that the surveys are going smoothly.
I ordered another sample run of the D20 Die because I wanted to adjust the size and weight of the logo. The results are perfect. As you can see, the new version is on the right with the larger logo. It was a small change, but it makes a significant difference.
We have acquired most of the materials for the bag production. Currently, we are just missing a couple of interior color fabrics. Yellow, Purple, and Lime Green. We have a purple but it's not the right shade, it's more of a violet. I haven't secured the yellow yet. As for the lime green, we have several shades but not the one I want. We did a test bag with a green that was close, But as you can see the bottom bag is more of a florescent green than a lime green like the top bag. I maybe splitting hairs here but I want these to be perfect. Thanks again I will update everyone when I have more information.
