Project Update: Claim Your Deluxe Games Now! 🎁

Happy holidays! Thank you for taking part in MCG’s Deluxe TTRPG Market! 🎄🎁 Please make sure to read to the end of the update for next steps!

Here’s how to claim your games:

For this campaign, we are collecting shipping addresses and shipping fees through the BackerKit Pledge Manager so that we can more quickly fill your orders before Christmas—huzzah! Please make sure to complete your backer survey today so that we have the info to pick, pack, and ship your order in time for it to arrive before the holidays!

IMPORTANT DEADLINE: Complete your Backerkit survey (and pay for shipping) by Noon CT on December 15th to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

(For our long-time supporters, collecting shipping addresses and fees through the pledge manager is a big change from our normal process of fulfilling rewards. But this campaign is very focused in scope and does not involve PDF products, giving us greater flexibility to use BackerKit’s tools.)

US Shipping: Orders shipping to a US address (including US territories) will cost a flat rate of $9.00 and will ship via USPS Media Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.

Canadian Shipping: Orders will ship from our US warehouse via FedEx International Connect Plus DDP (deliver duty paid). Cost is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel.

Mexico and South American Shipping: Orders will ship from our US warehouse via FedEX International Connect Plus DDP (deliver duty paid). Cost is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel.

United Kingdom Shipping: Orders will ship from our British warehouse via the most cost-effective method that still gets your parcel to you in a reasonable amount of time. Cost is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel.

EU and EEA Shipping: Orders will ship from our British warehouse via the most cost-effective method that still gets your parcel to you in a reasonable amount of time. Cost is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel.

AU and NZ Shipping: Orders will ship from our Australian warehouse via the most cost-effective method that still gets your parcel to you in a reasonable amount of time. Cost is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel.

Rest of the World: Orders will ship from the closest warehouse via the most cost-effective method that still gets your parcel to you in a reasonable amount of time. Cost is based on the weight and dimension of the parcel.

Make sure to claim your games soon to get them in time for the holidays!

Smoke test coming soon… Be not afraid!

We’re about to send the BackerKit Pledge Manager Smoke Test, which sends surveys to a random selection of 5% of backers from each pledge level. It’s a quick way to catch any errors and ensure the survey works as expected. Once the smoke test is complete, we’ll send out the remaining surveys (this will most likely happen tomorrow—December 4th—afternoon).

We’re charging cards!

We’ll be charging cards at noon CT on Friday (December 5th) for those who’ve completed their surveys, and we’ll aim to ship those orders Friday afternoon.

We’ll continue to monitor the pledge manager, of course. At the end of each day, we’ll run a report to capture the orders of those who’ve completed their surveys that day, so we can charge those cards for shipping and then ship their orders on the following day.

Make sure to complete your Backerkit survey (and pay for shipping) no later than noon CT on December 15th to receive your parcel in time for Christmas! The sooner you complete your survey, the sooner your order of holiday joy ships! 🦌🦌🦌🛷
