You'll need the Cypher System Rulebook to run a Cypher System Game. Good news: every pledge level includes, at no cost, the complete 448-page Cypher System Rulebook in PDF! Even better news: You can use that CSR not just with the books from this campaign, but to play virtually any campaign you can imagine, no matter what the genre! If you love physical game books, try the Explore the Cypher System or All In: Embrace the Cypher System pledge levels (the latter contains a ton of stuff, at about $200 off the retail price!). Or pick a different pledge level that appeals to you, and choose the Cypher System Rulebook as an add-on.

The key titles offered through this campaign—Gunslinger Knights, Neon Rain, and High Noon at Midnight—will be available through the MCG Shop, finer game stores, and other places you buy Cypher System products. Some of the other items (such as the GM Campaign Notebook) will probably be available through the MCG Shop, but not in stores. Others (such as the zines) may be available in PDF, but not in print. We can't provide a definitive answer for every item, so if there are items you want beyond the primary books, your best bet is to pledge for them—particularly since the deals offered through these pledge levels are fantastic!

If you signed up to be notified about the campaign before it launched, all you need to do is back at any pledge level. You get the poker chip turn marker automatically added to your rewards in the pledge manager after the campaign. (If you backed in the first 48 hours, you'll also get the turn marker, regardless of whether you signed up beforehand. Again, it's automatic.) The cost of shipping isn't included in your pledge; you'll pay it when your rewards ship. (See the Shipping section on the main page.) The turn marker will be shipped with your early rewards, so for most pledge levels it will not increase the cost of shipping (for domestic backers, that is—overseas backers may see a very small increase). Backers at a PDF-only pledge level, for whom there are no other physical rewards, will pay shipping for the turn marker.

We intend to make late pledges available following the campaign, and backers will be able to upgrade their pledges, and add add-ons, in the pledge manager. As always, to absolutely ensure you don’t miss out, our advice is to back the campaign even if it’s at a lower level than you want. This will ensure that you’re in the pledge manager, where you can make upgrades if you like, after the campaign closes.

We intend to keep the pledge manager open for at least a few months after the campaign closes.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
