There are always moving pieces in production and design. Absolutely, Understand that. What is not understood is the level of communication we have received. At this stage, extended gaps in communication are difficult to justify. This project is five months overdue. There have been large gaps in updates. It has now been one month since the last post, despite a statement that fulfillment should be coming to fruition within 11 days. Backer-funded campaigns already ask customers to assume financial risk upfront. That makes consistent, transparent communication a baseline expectation, not an extra courtesy especially when dealing with this model from an established company. I am not raising this in the hope that you rush production or overburden your quality testers or IT team or release it before it is ready. I am pointing out the growing frustration among backers and the erosion of brand trust that your current communication approach is creating. It is difficult to believe there is truly nothing to report. The issue does not seem to be a lack of information, but a communication plan and process that does not meet consumer expectation. So where exactly are we in this process? What is complete, what is not, and is the previously stated timeline still accurate?
