Monte Cook Games has been unresponsive here or in multiple support tickets. I backed the tier where I got the darkest house physical copy which was supposed to be made available following the campaign. I never got the coupon code added to my account and other than a perfunctory “did you check your coupons, I will follow up” a month ago, the rep from MCG that posts here, Kate, has also not addressed this issue
