Ducks, autumn, desserts & drinks – a cozy, autumn adventure in pin form! Hello, my name is Niki and I'm the creator behind Moon Duckling! Together with the duckling you see everywhere, Chiru, we are ducking awesome since 2024!
I've already brought a project to live, my Rainy Ducks series in May of this year! But since autumn is coming up, it needed something less... rainy, and more autumn-like.
For any newbie to BackerKit (or pledging in general):
Pledge now & pay late – You can adjust your tier any time during the BackerKit campaign, since you won't be charged any money until the project is fully funded (850 EUR, which unlocks the first 3 designs)
You can pledge even if the design you want is not unlocked yet – there is a chance it will be unlocked during the 4-week campaign. In case the campaign doesn't hit the stretch goal needed for the design, you may cancel your pledge before the 29th October or choose different design
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your pledge any time before the end of the campaign
Pay Over Time: In case you choose any pledge level that exceeds 150 $, you can pay the sum in the span of 4 months! Just choose this option when locking in your pledge
Survey will be sent after the end of the campaign to collect addresses and chosen designs
Early Bird tiers are limited to the first 48 hours. If you unpledge during the campaign, you won't be able to repledge for the Early Bird again (if it is past the 48 hour mark)
January – quality checking & fulfillment of orders
End of January / February – backers start receiving rewards
Keep in mind that this is an approximate timeline. If all items arrive early, then shipping will start earlier. There could also be delays if the products take longer in the production period or if there's a problem during production. In any case, backers will be notified.

Products
Colors of the pins may differ in person than from photos and your screen – since I need to use Pantone colors for the enamel pins, there will be a very slight color difference. However, from my past experience, I try to match it as much as possible.
Delays
Depending on how many backers this project will receive, there might be slight delays in the fulfillment process as I'll be grading, packaging and shipping all the pins (and add-ons) on my own. By backing this project, you understand that on-time delivery is not 100% guaranteed. There might come an unexpected problem, like a wrong batch of pins. If such a case happens, I will immediately let you know – same with any delays or other problems!
Shipping
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the shipping date. In case of address change, immediately contact me.
Refunds & Cancellations
After the campaign ends, any cancellation or refund will not be issued under any circumstances. If you pledged for a design that ended up not unlocking, you will either have to change your choice to a one that is unlocked, or cancel your pledge before the campaign ends. If your pledge is successfully collected, I am assuming you have fully acknowledged and accepted the potential risks & challenges.
