🌙 Surveys are still set to close on July 19. However, I have learned that BackerKit has extended the timeline for backers to import into the Pledge Manager, and this effects ALL creators. ☀️

It used to be backers were imported at 15 DAYS after projects close. That was anybody, paid or unpaid.

Now it is that paid backers are imported at 15 DAYS, and unpaid backers are imported once they pay or at 21 DAYS. This means the 14 of you who have not paid have NOT received your surveys, despite the information in my last update. Thank you to the backer who brought this to my attention; which prompted the reach-out to BackerKit; which gave me the information that I was unaware of.

You should all import on Monday July 12. At that point I will manually send out your surveys. You will have ONE FULL WEEK to fill out your survey. If you fail to pay for your pledge, add ons, or final shipping costs, you WILL NOT receive ANY rewards.

🌙 I have finished my surveys early, and I am sending out the Smoke Test (random 5% of surveys).

Please get all the way to the "Confirm" tab, and just before clicking "Place My Order", to make sure you have all your pledged for and free rewards. This will also make sure shipping updates correctly. If all goes well in the first 24 hours, I will send out all surveys* tomorrow.

Over the next couple weeks, I'll be working on the pledge manager surveys and payments will begin processing for your initial pledge amount. Please feel free to ask questions, talk about the journey, or generally just hang out in the Community tab! ☀️

BackerKit will charge the card you used in your initial pledge. If it doesn't work, don't panic but do take all the steps necessary to correct the issue! Currently, we are sitting at $1083 in missing funds, which is quite a lot. Check your emails to correct your payment method, please!

You will be able to order extras of all the rewards that were available during the project. Discounted add-ons are no longer available. I plan to also add in previous Pin Pavilion/Mythig Mgmt projects as well!

During the survey, you will be asked for your address. You will be able to change your shipping address up until your address is locked, which will be closer to the shipping date. After the lock down date, if you need to update your shipping address, please email [email protected], and I can manually update your shipping address. You will receive a last call email for address changes before we start shipping packages.
