By pledging to this project, you are agreeing to all information, terms, and conditions in the following FAQ sections.

How do I contact you?

Please send me an email at dragonwoodshop@gmail.com BackerKit does not notify me of new comments or discussion in a timely manner. If you comment or start a new discussion thread, it may not be seen for multiple days. Email is best.

How do the free rewards work?

Here are the steps to receive your FREE Early Bird sticker, FREE Returning Backer sticker, FREE Project Follower sticker, and any other free rewards: 1. Pledge to Woodshop Wonders (Early Bird is in the first 48 hours) 2. Successfully pay for your initial pledge 3. Successfully fill out your survey and pay for shipping 4. If you've done all these steps, your free sticker will be automatically added to your order when shipped out

How does shipping work?

Shipping costs will be charged to you AFTER the campaign and SEPARATELY through your post-campaign BackerKit survey. For this project, the shipping will be a flat rate of $10 no matter what you order. All orders are shipped through USPS and come with tracking. The USPS First Class packages have an ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME of 3-7 business days for USA. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed but shouldn't take longer than estimated. Please keep in mind that once the package is out of my hands, it is completely out of my control. Double check your shipping address before I ship out your order! Please let me know ASAP if you need to change your shipping address before I finalize your shipment. If your order is being returned for any reasons, you are responsible for covering reshipment. If your package is lost, I will first make an effort to get a refund on your package from USPS to cover the loss and reshipment. This can take a week to process. If a refund is not provided by USPS, I will reship your items. LOCATIONS I AM SHIPPING TO: United States of America

Pledge rewards ship out only if you have filled out your survey and paid for your pledge + add-ons and shipping. Any surveys that haven't been completed by JANUARY 31, 2026 will forfeit their pledge and will not be refunded. This is because I cannot keep surveys open indefinitely to wait for backers to put in their shipping address or pay for their stuff. The project will completely close JANUARY 31, 2026, which means you won't be able to even fill out your survey anymore.

All items available in this project are all in-hand and ready to ship!

On December 1st, you will be charged for your initial order of bundles. You will receive your survey within a few business days so you can order any other bundles you might want, and supply your shipping address. The surveys will work a little differently than usual, as your order will be locked and charged for add-ons and shipping IMMEDIATELY. This is so I can get your orders out ASAP.

I CANNOT guarantee your orders will arrive by Christmas, but I am going to work on fulfilling them as quickly as possible. I am away from office Dec. 2 - 9, after which I will start sending out orders. I do plan to package up as much as I can while the project is running, which will speed up fulfillment!

NOTE: this project is open ONLY to USA customers.
