It’s time for the final update on this project! All rewards that I was able to send out have now been shipped.
IMPORTANT: There are still 12 people who haven’t completed the backer survey. For another 11 people, we were unable to charge their credit cards. Please check the 'Your Surveys' section to see the status of the project. There, you can see whether your payments went through and whether your rewards have already been shipped (and when).
Please make sure you’ve filled out the survey and checked your payment status if you haven’t done that already <3
I’ll be sending another email reminder shortly to those who haven’t completed the survey yet. One week from today, on October 21th 2026, I’ll make one final attempt to charge the cards. Any rewards that have been selected and paid for by then will still be sent out. At the end of next month, on November 30th 2026, I’ll mark all outstanding rewards as “closed.” After that, you’ll lose eligibility for your reward if you haven’t responded.

just a super quick & short update! I’m still in the process of shipping all orders. The majority of domestic & EU orders have been shipped. Most American orders have NOT been shipped. Manually labelling around 350 parcels takes more time than expected during con season and UPS is doing me dirty and wants to charge almost double of what my contract says.
For these orders I’ll switch the shipping carrier from UPS to a different one (either DHL or USPS, depending on the size & value of the parcel). A nice side effect is that these shipments will be delivered DDP so you will not necessarily receive a link to pay for customs.
So if you haven’t heard of UPS yet, that’s absolutely normal & you don’t have to worry. I won’t have a convention the weekend of June 26th so I hope to be able to ship all remaining US orders in that week the latest.

Just a quick but important update: The pins arrived and I started shipping the first rewards on Wednesday.
IMPORTANT FOR US BACKERS I also packed a BIG pile of US orders and will start purchasing the shipping labels on Tuesday. Please prepare to pay the customs fees as mentioned on the project page. It will roughly be 15% of the value of your pins + a handling fee of UPS. UPS will contact you via e-mail including a payment link.
!! If you are not able to pay for customs at this moment please let me know asap (write a short email to [email protected]) so I can delay your shipment !! You don't need to explain why you can't pay right now. Just let me know that you'd like to receive your shipment later and the date you'd like me to send it out instead.
All other orders (rest of the world) will be shipped starting Monday. Please keep in mind I have to ship over 400 parcels and that it might need a few days for all packages to be shipped <3

Just a super quick "mini"-update: The shipping fee setup is complete and the Backerkit support approved my shipping settings, yay!
Shipping will be charged as stated in the Backerkit project. If your order weights a bit less than expected you will also pay less <3
IMPORTANT: If you'd like to choose local pick-up at DoKomi convention at my booth (hall 3 booth J39) please set your shipping method to "local pick-up" as soon as possible/within the next 2 days! Local pick-up is listed as an own option in the drop-down menu of the country-section. Please only select this option if you pick up your order in person 1000%. Thank you!
When receiving the "charge card notice" you'll have a two-day timeframe to check the shipping method. After that, your cards will be charged. If you notice a weirdly high or low shipping rate, please let me know at any time <3 I'm always glad to help!
If you'd like to get a combined shipping with your ita bag order from my other campaign, please let me know until May 7th the latest (please send an email to [email protected]). I already received many emails and started marking these orders, thank you so much!
Last but not least: Please make sure your credit cards work properly. I can only ship those orders that were paid in full <3

It’s time for the next update! A lot has happened in the meantime <3
First things first: The pins are almost finished! They’ll be shipped to me in two batches at the end of April/beginning of May and should arrive during the first or second week of May. Here are a few preview images:
I’ll start charging your credit cards soon (you'll receive an info email as soon as the Backerkit support has approved the shipping settings).After that, in early May, I’ll lock the addresses. Until then, you can still update your addresses - for example, if you’re moving or have just moved - but after that, changes won’t be possible.
I plan to start shipping the rewards on May 11th.
If you’ve backed both of my campaigns and only want to pay for shipping once, please send me a direct message here or an e-mail to [email protected]. Shipping will have to be paid now, but any overpayment will be credited to your account before the cards are charged for the Ita campaign. According to Backerkit Support, this is the easiest way to handle this.
Please note that in this case, you’ll have to wait until July/August to receive the rewards from both campaigns. If you’d like to receive your rewards sooner, you’ll unfortunately have to pay double shipping. You’ll then receive two separate shipments. Please keep in mind that rewards will only be shipped once all rewards and shipping costs have been paid in full.
Local Pick-up If you’ll be at DoKomi at the end of May, you can also pick up your rewards right there on-site <3 In that case, you won’t have to pay any shipping costs. To do this, please go back to the survey and change the shipping address to “local pick-up” (IMPORTANT: The local pick-up option unlocks as soon as the BK support approved the shipping settings. It's not available NOW). Please only select this option if you’re definitely attending DoKomiand can pick up your order. Please show your order confirmation email and tell me your backer number <3
To my American supporters: Please keep in mind that approximately 15% in customs duties will need to be paid on your shipments. UPS will send you an email, and you can easily pay online. Shipping via UPS takes less than a week if the customs fees are paid promptly - so you’ll receive your rewards quickly <3
I’ll do my best to ship the rewards as soon as possible. But please keep in mind that I have over 400 orders to pack and ship, and I’m just a one-woman business :D I’m trying to get a friend to help with packing tho <3 Thanks for your patience!
