Quick update - though we have confirmation emails on our side that all the PDFs for this project have been sent out, the number of people reporting only receiving BBB tells us that something went wrong with delivery. We're going to wait a few hours (to avoid appearing to filters as spam, where possible), then re-issue the PDFs (apart from BBB).
