Has anyone else tried reporting this campaign to Backerkit? They have been thoroughly unhelpful and provided no information. I didn't request a refund in my report to them about this project and they acted like I'd demanded my money back with no cause. I honestly didn't and don't expect anything to come of this in terms of receiving either a refund or my pledge at this point and just wanted assurances that they would not allow this author to use their platform again and they didn't even acknowledge my concern. All they've said is they've reached out to the creator. No confirmation of if they got a response let alone what the response might have been.
