Project Update: #10 - ✦⟡✦ Pins Arriving Soon + Adjusting Shipping Prices & Dates! ✦⟡✦
Hi everyone, I hope you had a great September!
I received an update earlier this week that the remake/missing pins are in the final stages of being packaged. Because of this, I will charge for shipping this week starting on Thursday (10/15/2026). Please ensure that your shipping address and payment methods are up to date. You will only receive your package only if both the backing order and shipment charges are completely paid for.
———SHIPMENT CHARGES ADJUSTMENTS———
Unfortunately, most shipment charges will be going up due to rising prices. Here are the updated, starting costs for these locations:
✦ United States (Domestic)*: Shipping starts at $7 USD
✦ Canada*: Shipping starts at $14 USD
✦ Mexico*: Shipping starts at $15 USD
✦ UK*: Shipping starts at $19.50 USD
✦ Australia and New Zealand*: Shipping starts at $21 USD
✦ Other countries*: Shipping starts at $20 USD
*Please keep in mind that the costs can go up depending on the package's weight. If you are international (outside of the US), please be aware that there may be extra charges coming from taxes and import/duty fees. Buyers are responsible for all tax and import/duty fees upon receiving their package.

———LOCAL PICKUP———
I will allow local pick up for Anime Pasadena and Los Angeles Comic Con. You must contact me, either via the comments or email, that you want to do this option. You must also change your shipping address to the local pick up option. If you don't change it to local pickup, you will still be charged for shipping costs.
How do I change it to local pick up?
-- When editing your shipping address, select 'Local Pickup' under the country list.
If for some reason there are still issues with the pins and I cannot provide your complete order in-person, we can further discuss shipment options via email.
———WHEN SHIPMENTS WILL LEAVE———
I still need the rest of the pins to arrive and be graded. Since I addressed my issues with the bad pins to the manu, I doubt there will be another remake/big pause on the shipment schedule. However, if anything arises, I will of course make another update.
To give everyone a date they can look forward to, shipments should begin leaving at the start of November! If you are planning on moving within the next 6-8 weeks, please let me know. Ideally if all goes well, this project can be completely shipped out before December starts.
Smaller orders where the selected pin design(s) were not impacted and are already graded may be shipped out first. I already have the stickers and bookmarks (they look great!) ready to go. If you selected any pin designs that had to be remade or weren't produced enough before, it will take longer for your package to arrive.

Please let me know if you have any concerns, questions, or thoughts! My next update should include new pin images at the very least.

Project Update: #8 - ✦⟡✦ July & August Monthly Updates ✦⟡✦
Hello Everyone!
I hope you had a great June and July! If you didn't notice already, I basically skipped July's monthly update. I was holding off waiting because I was trying to pick up more WIP photos for the pins and get a confirmation on what the shipment date would be. It's not yet confirmed but it sounds like it may happen within the next two weeks, if everything is continuing to go well! I'm really sorry for skipping it, I was hoping to have more photos and announcements to make up for it.

I am SO HAPPY with how the WIP photos looked!
———NEW TIMELINE———
This means that the previous timeline will be shifted by at least a month. I will look at making shipping charges and locking addresses around early September or AFTER when the pins arrive, whichever is first.
Please ensure that your cards, addresses, and shipping methods are still accurate. You can only receive your items if the shipping charge is processed (unless you chose local pickup).
If you know that you are moving in Late August or September, please let me know so we can coordinate your package safely!
———POSSIBLE LOCAL PICKUP———
I do have confirmed booth locations at Anime San Diego (09/05 to 09/06) and Los Angeles Comic Con (10/30 to 11/01).
If everything looks good before the shipping charges are made, then a local pickup can be done for either event :) Please wait until I confirm this option in my next update.
———NEXT UPDATE———
✦ I will post one as soon as the pins are in my hand OR something else drastic happens (which hopefully doesn't happen).

Project Update: #7 - ✦⟡✦ June Monthly Update ✦⟡✦
Happy Monday Everyone!
Sorry for being a week late on the monthly update. I wanted to include a big update about the enamel pins before publishing this.
———ENAMEL PINS———
Production is finally starting! It took a long time going back and forth on what changes needed to be made for the manufacturer and me. The 'biggest' changes are primarily with the 'Enemies to Lovers' and 'Dahlia Flame Sword' Pins. Inside the design where the white holes are, there will be recessed metal. The main design is still there and is barely altered! If the pins were a lot larger, the holes could have worked.

Production is finally starting! It took a long time going back and forth on what changes needed to be made for the manufacturer and me. The main design is still there and is barely altered! If the pins were a lot larger, the holes could have worked.
See the following two images for reference.
Doing recessed metal instead of having the areas filled with connected raised metal will still give it that flame detail pop up I wanted that is true to the original design :) There are also some areas where the recessed metal (in these plus other designs) that are put down to help support the pin edges. You probably won't notice it because of the pins' actual size.
If you are no longer satisfied with having the Enemies to Lovers Medium Pin OR Dahlia Flame Sword Large Pin as your choice(s), please email me within the three few weeks so we can switch your pin choice(s).
———PAPER PRODUCTS———
Proofs have been made and the main sticker order has been shipped. I ordered some sample stickers of the Lotus Flower Book before doing the main order and am really happy with how they look!
———POSSIBLE LOCAL PICKUP———
There is a chance that I may be vending at specific conventions in late summer/early fall. Once I have a confirmed booth placement and the items are ready, local pickups may be a thing. Sorry, I currently haven't applied to anything in northern California or out of state for this year! I will confirm this possibility in a future update and give instructions on how you can select local pickup and NOT be charged for shipping if you pick it up in-person at a convention/event.
Shipping has not yet been locked and charged.
———NEXT UPDATE———
✦ Expect the next update to be in the beginning of July. I most likely won't have the pins finished but the stickers should have arrived and be ready. I am hoping to have update pictures of the enamel pins and bookmarks.

Project Update: #6 - ✦⟡✦ May Monthly Update ✦⟡✦
Happy Saturday Everyone!
Here is an update of what is currently going on:
I already turned in the files to my manufacturer. I am waiting for the proofs and will let you all know if they bring up any concerns. Right now there is a holiday break for them so hopefully I hear back at the beginning of this week. Once I have photos, I'll gladly share the progress!
