Hi everyone,

The last day to make final updates to your order is 27th August. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after 27th August order due date, we’ll still receive your information and shipment will still be on time for standard colourways (i.e. white-paged pink/white binders and black-paged black biinders). However, if you request for a black-paged pink/white binder or white-paged black binder, your shipment may be delayed. 

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.

Thank you for your patience, the survey is now ready! We have currently sent out the survey to a small percentage of backers to test it out. We will send the rest of the surveys in a couple of hours.

When the surveys are sent, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

An update on the survey: we were experiencing some errors with the survey but have made the necessary fixes. We're still waiting on BackerKit to approve our survey for release, hopefully it'll be out by the end of next week.

An update on the survey: the survey has been prepared but we still need to wait for approval from BackerKit before releasing it. This process should take around 2 days.

Hopefully, there will be no issues and we can finally release the survey soon.

Hi everyone!

Thank you so much for your support with our first binder project! With just over 1 day left before the BackerKit ends, we want to let you guys know what will happen when it does end!

What happens next?
Once the BackerKit ends, you will be automatically charged the amount you pledged (e.g. if you bought 1 Standard Binder, you will be charged $35AUD). In case of any issues, we will allow 1 week for payments to go through before the next step.


Survey (Shipping Information and Colour Choices)
After 1 week, we will send out a survey where we will collect your shipping information AND which binder colours you'd like! You will then be charged the shipping fee with the same payment option you used to pledge with.

As per request from some backers, we will also allow you to select between black or white pages for your binders; this will be a BackerKit exclusive customisation!

Surveys will be due 2 weeks after being sent out. If you fill in the survey after the due date, the shipment of your binder may be delayed so please make sure you fill it in before its due!

Production + Shipping to You
After surveys are due, we will contact our manufacturer to start production! Production + shipping to our warehouse can take 1-4 months, and will mostly be dependent on customs (unfortunately we have no control over how long customs holds our binders for). However, we will be constantly giving you updates as we get them so you'll always be informed of the whereabouts of your binders.

When the binders arrive at our warehouse, we pack all your orders and ship them out to you! Domestic orders (within Australia) will take 2-6 days while international orders will take 5-10 days. We will also email you your tracking number so you know exactly where your binder is.
