Just a quick update to let y'all know that the frogs are en route and should arrive to us in September! They're taking a leisurely sea cruise here so we expect them to be here by the end of the month, at which point we will QC them and prep them to make their way home to you.
We did make one small change to the final product - the key rings are now colors that match each frog! We did this mainly because the gold rings from the original mockup had sharp edges and little space inside to clip comfortably where you wanted them. The new colors are super cute and have softer edges and a wider opening making them easier to attach and wear.
We'll check back next month when our frog friends finish their vacation!
Apologies for it being so long since you last heard from us. Life has been...*gestures wildly*. I'm sure you know the feeling these days. 😅 Not to worry, work has been moving along in the meantime. And as a matter of fact, production for our fuzzy Frog Friends is complete!

Frogs are currently being processed to ship out in the next week or so. Typically the shipping can take about thirty days. We are checking to see how much that can be expedited as we know you've waited long enough!

If your order contains a plush charm, it is now set to ship this summer. Here's why:
As we mentioned during the campaign, we continued working on refining the face mold from the original sample featured in the project. While this took slightly longer than projected, we've ended up with a face mold that we are super happy with thanks to the help of our experienced manufacturer. You can get a peek at the process above.
To let you in on the process a little more, here's where we're currently at (complete with updated timeline):
Plush charm bulk production scheduled for May
Bulk process takes about 45 days
Shipping takes about 25-30 days
As a result, we expect the plush to arrive in hand by the end of July. Once they arrive, the final orders will be sent out - hopefully within the first half of August.

Surveys have officially been sent out! Please make sure to fill your surveys out entirely and complete payment for shipping and any add-ons. Surveys are set to close on December 16th. You’ll still be able to complete the surveys after that, but inventory will be based on surveys completed by the deadline, so lock in your orders now!
Payments have processed for your initial pledge amount. If your payment failed, don't worry. You'll have a chance to update everything in the survey. There are still 10 outstanding payments, so if that's you, check your card - we don't want you to miss out on the campaign rewards!
Reminder about all free items in any pledge from throughout this project: You must successfully fill out your survey and pay for the final shipping costs by August 31, 2026 to receive your pledge and any free rewards! If you fail to pay for your final shipping costs before then, you will not receive your rewards.

What’s next?
Over the next couple weeks, you can expect to receive a survey via email where you'll choose which designs you want, provide your shipping address, purchase any additional add-ons, and pay for your shipping fees. We will send out a campaign update when the surveys go out so that you don't miss it. The Pre-Order Store is now open for those who missed out on pledging to the campaign.
What will be available in the survey?
We will have all of the plush charms, enamel pins, stickers, and accessories offered in the campaign for you to add-on to your pledge in case you forgot something you had your eye on.
Interested in a survey-exclusive plush color variant? Fill out the attached poll! As a thank you for being an early supporter of Frog Friends, we'd like to offer an exclusive plush color that would be available in the add-ons section in addition to your pledge. The only way to get this color would be to add it to your order during the time the survey is open (December 2- December 16). This poll will be open for one week only (through November 26). Please make sure to cast your vote and comment your color suggestions so that we can prep the survey based on the responses!
