The final items for the campaign are arriving and we are prepping the office to begin packing in the next week or so - slightly ahead of our originally projected November ship date!
This morning, you received a BackerKit email notification that addresses will be locked down in 48 hours. This is your last chance to make any updates to your address before we ship out your order. Any returned packages needing reshipment will be charged for a new label, so make sure to double check, please!
Thanks to your support, we have quite a few orders to fulfill, so the shipping process may take a few weeks. Please don't be alarmed if you receive a tracking number and your order doesn't move within that time. We process all the labels at once and then ship in batches. So that we can focus on continuing to pack orders and get them in your hands, we'll respond to requests for any tracking updates once all orders have shipped (which we will confirm with another update).

Just wanted to pop in to share a photo of the pin banner sample we received. As you can see, it fits almost all the pins from both Theatre Nerd campaigns with room to add more from your collection! Bulk production for the banner is underway and we expect them to arrive in the next couple weeks. Waiting on a couple final pins to arrive as well as the stickers. All is still on schedule for packing/shipping your orders in November as projected.
Checking in with a production update! Our pins for Theatre Nerd (the original campaign!) arrived last week and you'll notice some Act Two campaign pins mixed in photo as well. Act Two is still waiting on a few items, but is on schedule to ship in November as originally projected. We'll check back in soon when we have more to share.
Orders have officially been locked and payments have been charged!
Items are being put into production early tomorrow morning (Monday 8/31) based on the counts from the surveys completed by the deadline. Then O&T takes a two week vacation so once those numbers are locked in, we won't be able to change them! Pre-order store will close in the morning as well.
Reminders! Incomplete surveys will still be able to be filled out, we just may not have the proper inventory to fulfill once production has begun. Any qualifying freebies will be removed from pledges with unfinished surveys on August 30th. You also risk losing any partner collab or six-way collab freebies from other participating makers if your survey is incomplete and/or your payment is not processed.
With 11 failed payments and 13 incomplete surveys left open, don't let that be you!

Thank you to everyone who has already completed their survey and paid for their shipping fees and any add-ons. Here's some survey stats for you:
We are at 90% survey completion which is amazing in just under a week!
Currently we have 30 surveys outstanding with 6 of those being half-complete meaning you have selected your items, but not fully checked out. Please make sure that after selecting your items, you complete the rest of the survey including your address and payment information until you get to the confirmation pageotherwise your survey is not locked in!
15 folks have pledges that failed at campaign level with 4 of them failing again after survey completion.
A reminder for anyone who falls into those categories: Please make sure to adjust your payment method and complete your survey as soon as possible as we will have very few extra items and may not be able to fulfill your request if we don't hear from you. Any qualifying freebies will be removed from pledges with unfinished surveys on August 30th.
