Just wanted to pop in to say that packing and shipping your orders continue! Some of you may have already received your orders and we hope you'll share and tag us when you do.
All labels were processed at the same time, so you may have gotten a tracking number that has yet to update. Thanks to your support, we have quite a few orders to pack and we are still making our way through them so not to worry!
So that we can focus on continuing to pack orders and get them in your hands, we'll respond to requests for any tracking updates once all orders have shipped (which we will confirm with another update).
In the meantime, here's a photo of the pin banner sample we received for Act Two with some Act One pins displayed. As you can see, it fits almost all the pins from both Theatre Nerd campaigns with room to add more from your collection! (Act Two is still on schedule for packing/shipping in November as projected, but more on that from that dedicated campaign page).
Pins arrived at the end of last week! Thanks for waiting as we sort through them and prep everything for packing these last few days.
Take a look at a close up of the pins below and get a peek into our unpacking/sorting/shipping prep process. Theatre Nerd (the original!) will start shipping this week and we hope to finish before the end of next week. (You'll notice some Act Two campaign pins mixed in photos as well. Act Two is still waiting on a few items, but is on schedule to ship in November as originally projected. Updates from that campaign page coming separately.)
This morning, you received a BackerKit email notification that addresses will be locked down in 48 hours. This is your last chance to make any updates to your address before we ship out your order. Any returned packages needing reshipment will be charged for a new label, so make sure to double check, please!
Thanks again so much for hanging in there while we waited on these to finish production! We're so excited about how awesome these turned out and can't wait for you to get them.
Apologies for it being so long since you last heard from us. Life has been...*gestures wildly*. I'm sure you know the feeling these days. 😅 Not to worry, work has been moving along in the meantime.
Our production partners are working hard on all Theatre Nerd pins. Because of your overwhelming support, this is the largest order we've ever placed with them and they just need a little more time. We should have everything in your hands in September.
Thank you so much for your patience and confidence in us as we bring this collection to life. We'll check back soon with shipping details.
A quick check in to let y'all know all items are in production! Also to give a nudge to the 12 folks who have yet to complete their surveys and 8 folks with failed charges. You are at risk of us not being able to fulfill your survey requests as we are past the deadline and production quantities have been made based on completed surveys. Please double check your surveys and/or payment methods to make sure you don't miss out on your rewards!
More broadway inspired enamel pins for the theatre lover inside all of us! This is just a sneak peek with more shows to come.

Hi friends!
We've extended the time you can fill out your surveys 48 hours. Surveys will lock on Monday, May 4th at 9am eastern time. While you’ll still be able to complete the surveys after that, inventory will be based on surveys completed by the deadline. Lock in your orders now so you don't miss out on something you have your eye on!
Please check and double check your pledges as well as make sure that your payment details are correct. 33 folks still have yet to open their surveys so if that's you, now's your chance! 😜
Reminder about all free items in any pledge from throughout this project: You must successfully fill out your survey and pay for the final shipping costs by September 30, 2026 to receive your pledge and any free rewards! If you fail to pay for your final shipping costs before then, you will not receive your rewards. Any qualifying freebies will be removed from pledges with unfinished surveys and failed payments on May 4th. This is to make sure we order the proper quantities and aren't left with an abundance of extra items from failed pledges.
For followers who didn't pledge to the campaign:Pre-order store closes on Monday, May 4th as well.
