I don't have any big updates on the progress of our project this month. Because our updates have been pretty much the same for a long period, I'm going to switch up the frequency that I post them.
Here are my plans as we navigate updates for our remaining rewards:
When will the Curious Cats of Mau hardcover rewards be ready? Currently, Onyx Path has just finished shipping out one project, have two more at the printer right now, and then plan to work through their backlog over the next year by possibly printing two or more projects at a time. To manage expectations and keep things flexible, Rich has said that he won't be providing a schedule or list of which projects he expects to go in what order, but we'll know as stuff actually is in process at the printer. So, we'll continue to need patience as we wait for the Curious Cats of Mau book to get manufactured. The second I have any concrete news, I'll share. In the meantime, your best source is direct from the horse's mouth: Rich's weekly Monday Meeting Notes Blog and Onyx Path's monthly progress report.
When will the Jumpstart be ready? I think we've still got a bit of a wait for these ones. Some other Onyx Path projects have had artist rotations and re-assignments as avilability and reliability have shifted, and it looks like the Onyx Path crew is still lining up Realms of Pugmire artists, so I think it'll be a bit before we see dots filling in for layout and proofing before these rewards is distributed to us.
When will the shirt design / streaming overlay / mobile wallpapers be ready? For these stretch goal bonus items, I think they'll just appear one day. These are usually based on the artwork from a Storyguide Screen, though they have different dimensions and formatting, so may pop up at different times. Really, it's just about finding the time to do hammer them together, and when the Onxy Path crew find that moment, these should come together quickly.
Of course, my challenge for the next updates is to post practically the same information over and over again without being annoying. I don't think there's a wayfor me to do that. So, here's my plan for future updates:

Bi-Monthly Schedule - as long as the status for all rewards remains the same, I will post our regular update every other month. Our next update will come in October.
Again, I'll only do that if there's nothing new to announce. If there's movement on any of the rewards, I'll update as soon as I have something to share rather than waiting two months to fill in a dot.
Does that make sense? I hope so. If anyone has better ideas, let me know. I want to make sure that you know the project is still alive and (slowly) moving toward completion, but I don't want to tread on your patience more than I already have to share "no change, still in progress" updates. Cool?

For our weary hardcover backers, Rich talked about the challanges they've had with getting predictable printing costs and how they're working to get their backlog sorted over the next year inhis lastest Monday Meeting Notes. The summary is they've got a handful of books to get into production once the current project is finished (which is still underway) and they may be doing a couple of books at a time to move through the titles, but he won't announce an order or what's in production until it's actually underway to keep expectations in check. So, there's work being done and we'll know when we see Realms of Pugmire going to press, but that's still some time ahead of us.
I'd love if they printed Realms of Pugmire and Curious Cats of Mau at the same time and we ended up getting dogs and cats in one shipment, but we'll have to wait and see when the time comes. I'll continue to read their posts and let you know any new info each month.

It contains not only everything you need to know about the Underneath, but also has information about making rodent player characters (along with their psychic powers), advice on how to run a subterranean campaign, a complete adventure, and a massive number of locations, set pieces, and encounters.

For you this month, I've got the video of the Realms of Pugmire panel from 2026's Onyx Path Online Game Convention. The Pugmire team checks in on current and future projects and talks about the game.
In terms of project progress, there are no big changes this month. For those digital backers, you're mostly waiting on the Jumpstart and the various milestone marker stretch goals. The jumpstart is in the Art Notes phase of art direction, waiting for artists schedules to open up and contracts to be written, while the digital wallpapers and redbubble shirt design are just waiting for a break in the schedule so they can be hammered out. I'll poke the Onyx Path team and see if I can't shake something loose over the next few months.
Those of us hardcover backers are eagerly awaiting any word of a timeline to get those books produced and delivered. I can tell you that Onyx Path switched to a new printer at the end of last year and so far they've tested out the process with one deluxe hardcover book and one standard hardcover book, and they're lining up a multi-format project next. When that's all locked and loaded, they should have a pretty good understanding of the process for each kind of project and will hopefully be able to get more detailed with their print plans. But that's all for discussion at much higher levels than me. Hopefully they'll share a road map or plans to catch up on their delayed print queue before too long. I'll pass along any info I find out.

We're still in a print/production holding pattern, circling overhead as the Onyx Path team figures out how to fill in their print schedule slots. They've successfully completed production and fulfillment with their new printing and distribution partners, so there's a template to apply as they go forward, and a few projects have already joined the queue, but not this one just yet.
