Almost three weeks ago, the backer PDF for Pugmire Unleashed went out. The team has taken your feedback and updated the book and the finalized PDF will be available soon in your DTRPG digital library (if you've already downloaded it. If you haven't yet, you can find your redemption link in your Pledge Manager digitial rewards page).
While the Onyx Path crew works to get it all set up for general release on DriveThruRPG, they've made the Print-on-Demand hardcovers available to backers at a discounted cost.
DISCOUNTED PRINT-ON-DEMAND ORDER LINKS FOR BACKERS
Unless you just pledged for the draft manuscript, you have the print-on-demand hardcover version as one of the items in your pledge list. As noted during the campaign, your pledge for the Pugmire Unleashed PDF includes a discounted option to order a print-on-demand version of Pugmire Unleashed. Now that the print files have been finalized, Onyx Path can finalize the PDF at DriveThruRPG and make a PoD version of the PDF available for purchase.
DIFFERENCES IN PoD FORMATS
So, for those backers who pledged for a tier that includes the discounted PoD hardcover - there are two different versions of Print-On-Demand options available.
Standard Color uses a thick 70# white paper which has better page opacity. (that's "70 pound" for reference, but does not mean each page weighs 70 lbs!). Standard Heavyweight Color uses inkjet technology. (These are not the same inkjet printers you have at home - these are often as big or bigger than a car!) This option offers lower cost but the colors won't be as sharp or bright as a Premium Color book.
Premium Color uses the same 70# paper, but uses "Digital Color Print Engine Technology," which sounds super fancy and certainly costs a lot more, but I'll admit to not knowing the exact difference. This option offers superior color quality but is more expensive to produce, and has gotten even more expensive over the past year.
(Remember to login to DriveThruRPG prior to clicking or pasting the discount link in your BackerKit digital rewards locker, if you that was part of your rewards list! That link is your coupon and must be used for your PoD order. You may need to click the link twice to get it into your cart correctly - double check the quantity in your order if you do so!)

Most species within Realms of Pugmire define themselves by where they call home. The dogs of Pugmire protect their walled, feudal city. The Monarchies of Mau carry on the traditions of their houses and their intrigues, though they stand together against outside enemies.
The rats and mice of the Realms of Pugmire make their homes in the margins of other cities. These connect to the Underneath, a vast maze of warrens, tunnels, caves, and other hidden places, much of which lies unknown and unexplored. Itâs a dangerous place full of unexplained phenomena and terrifying creatures. But it is also full of wonders of ages past and the thrill of discovery.
Lair of the Rat Kings is a full campaign sourcebook detailing a new and exciting part of the realms of Pugmire: The Underneath. It contains not only everything you need to know about the Underneath, but also has information about making rodent player characters (along with their psychic powers), advice on how to run a subterranean campaign, a complete adventure, and a massive number of locations, set pieces, and encounters.
Inside you'll find:
Complete character creation rules for mouse and rat player characters, including a new system detailing their unusual psionic powers
Details on psionic inventions, and how player characters can create their own
Guide advice on running massive underground campaigns, along with details on the elusive and terrifying Cult of Labo Tor
A complete adventure introducing the Underneath, along with encounters and four complete mini-adventures which all link together into one massive subterranean campaign
Just as we did with Pugmire Unleashed, Lair of the Rat Kings will be crowdfunded to produce a PDF and discounted print-on-demand hardcover. And like this campaign, we'll be sharing the draft manuscript throughout the course of the Lair of the Rat Kings campaign, so you'll be able to read the entire manuscript before any pledges are processed or payments collected.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
This only applies to about 40 of you. If your payment failed during the original crowdfunding campaign, or you selected Add On options during the Pledge Manager phase, BackerKit will begin processing payments for any balance in two days.
For those affected, you will receive a reminder notice later today with a 48-hour countdown. On Friday, the system will begin processing those payments, so be prepared.

Once all of the feedback is submitted, the developers will use your notes to guide the book through a final round of corrections before finallizing the PDF and ordering a proof copy of the Print-on-Demand version. When that is reviewed and approved, it will be released on DriveThruRPG and we'll get access to the finalized PDF in our digital library and I'll send discount order codes for the print-on-demand version.

BACKER PDF VERSION
This is the first version of Pugmire Unleashed to be released. The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the Pugmire UnleashedFeedback Form!

They are aware of any Page XX notations - those are left in to replace for the final version once any changes you've suggested are made, so they can reference the correct page if any shifts in layout result.
Onyx Path will keep errata collection open for the next week. Please submit your feedback as soon as possible so the team can get on to finalizing this file - and working on our print version as well!
They won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), they will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice from DrivethruRPG that you can re-download your file with the latest version.

ORDER LOCKDOWN and PAYMENT PROCESSING SCHEDULE
Now that this big main reward is out in Backer PDF form, I'm going to begin the process of locking down and finalizing our Pledge Manager information.
Later today, I will send out a final call for Order Confirmation. You'll have 48 hours to review your order and make any changes - selecting additional Add On options - before the orders are locked in and no further changes can be made.
For anyone who selected Add Ons in the Pledge Manager and still has pending payments for those, we'll process your payments on June 26.
On June 24, I will send out our regular month end update and include a reminder.
In summary:
June 20 - 48 hour notice of Order Lockdown sent out
June 22 - All item selection is locked in and finalized
