Hello Lightbringers,

We're going to mix up the order today and jump over Chapter 5 to instead check out Appendix I to III in today's backer preview.

Two reasons behind that - first, I want to end our delve into this draft manuscript with some new exciting material, so we'll have the adventure available for backers to review on Friday.

But secondly, that first reason is a bit of a misdirect. I seem to be implying that the Appenicies can't be new and exciting, but that's not necessarily the case with these. Yes, there are lists of all of the Tags and Tricks from all World Below books plus a big list of status effects. But there's more - there are random tables full of events, retaliations, and encounters that are filled with ideas for your game and story.

One of the reasons I'm loving this book so much right now are all of these adventure and scenario seeds that are snuck in to the writing. Little sparks that ignite your imagination and help us take our mind deeper into the World Below.

Anyway, I'm already drifting. Let's get to today's draft preview.

But first, we're SO CLOSE to unlocking our next Stretch Goal and continuing to unlock bonus rewards for backers. This helps me seem interesting over these 30 days, but it's more about guiding the conversation and helping steer feedback for the developers.

Because they want your feedback! These manuscript previews are of the current draft manuscript – the document in its latest, approved form. This may not be the final form after editing and any additional development, but you can consider it about 95% finished, so keep that in mind.
