We are very excited to share some product samples, sent to us from the factory!
The pins have left the factory and are making their way to our distribution hubs. We are hoping for fulfilment in December, but with Christmas shipping potentially causing delays, there's a chance that this could be January. We shall keep you informed in our future updates.
AppleID Warning
If you pledged to the campaign using AppleID (i.e. using a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address), it may cause issues receiving emails from Kickstarter. This means you'll miss important updates and reminders. If you have used AppleID, please email us ASAP ([email protected]) with the name of the project, your Backerkit #, and non-relay email address you’d like us to use going forward.

We are pleased to update that the pins are in final production, and we are expecting the pins to be leaving the factory late September (subject to no issues!).
A pin preview...
We are a bit behind our planned schedule, as when we received the test pins we were really impressed by the quality. But after attaching the pins to our clothes and bags for a few weeks we noticed the pin extruding through the clasp. To resolve this we spoke with the manufacturer and moved from the original metal clasp design to a rubber clasp (which had the added bonus of being more comfortable if anywhere near your skin too!)

This obviously caused a bit of a delay whilst we resolved the issue and had some back and forth - but now production continues full speed!
As we're moving along with samples (more on that next month!) we're looking to start the process of charging cards. You should receive an email letting you know we're charging cards in roughly 48 hours.
Now is the ideal time to double check your finances, and make sure your bank details are up to date.
There will be a later time to fix shipping details, which you will be warned about.
We're going to be locking down the Pledge Manager in just 48 hours, so double check you're happy with everything on your Pledge before we do! Card will be charged at a later (but soon) date, with warning, so check that you're happy with your bank details too.

In other news, thanks to everyone who showed up to see us at MCM Comicon and UK Games Expo last month! It's taking us a long time to recover (some more than others - A), but we're getting there!
