All shipping is handled directly through Parallel Dimension Gaming. We do not use any third-party fulfillment services. Your shipping cost is calculated and charged during the final step during checkout with BackerKit with the mailing address you provide. All U.S. shipments will be shipped with USPS media mail.
We strongly recommend that customers outside of the United States select a PDF reward level. Usually, we ask customers outside of the United States to select rewards that are Print on Demand. There are NO Print-on-Demand books offered in this Backerkit campaign. Print-on-Demand variations of this title may be offered at DriveThruRPG.com at a later date.
If you would like to receive the physical books, international postage rates for these softcover printed books will be high (as is all international shipping), and it will be based on actual shipping rates at the time of shipment. This matches the rates charged by the U.S. Postal Service for international shipping plus packaging. Lost and Damaged Books
Replacements
No matter what we do, sometimes your book will arrive damaged or not at all. In the unlikely event that you are one of the lucky folks and this happens to you, we will, of course, send you a new book. All you need to do is send photos of the damage in an email to [email protected] so we can set you up with a replacement book.
Replacing damaged or missing books for backers outside of the United States will require an additional shipping charge.
