Hello!

First of all, I apologise for the radio silence, but I come bearing updates.

I've been working a lot on this, I am pretty proud of the depth and breadth of this sandbox experience. For the past few month I have been workling through Chris Airiau's brilliant feedback. In the next few days I expect to be giving Chris the manuscript back again for copyediting.

And hopefully a few weeks aftere that layout can begin.
