• Canada: BoardGameBliss should already have dispatched all orders, but they may not yet have reached you. You should see your pledges within a week!
• Europe: The boat headed for Greece is set to land on February 4. It looks like it had to circumnavigate Africa (I heard due to some unusual pirate activity?). From there, the inventory will be trucked up to our Germany warehouse. I will keep you posted as I hear specific timeframes to expect.

• US: The inventory has reached our warehouse, The Game Crafter, and all backer orders have been uploaded into their system. They should be able to start shipping orders soon, although they may need to complete some other projects first - whatever the case, I'm optimistic things will be shipping out VERY soon now (I'd love to say at least some orders will fulfill by Christmas week, but until I hear that from The Game Crafter explicitly there's no guarantee). I will update you when they give me an official word as to anticipated start and end dates.
• Canada: I have also submitted all the necessary details to get the sub-freight for Canadian orders shipped out from The Game Crafter, destined for BoardGameBliss in Canada. BoardGameBliss has all the order details for Canadian backers in hand, so as soon as they receive the inventory and get through other projects in their queue they will get your orders going. I will update you when they give me an official word as to anticipated start and end dates.
• Europe: As of December 8, our inventory for Europe is on a boat headed for Greece. From there the inventory will be trucked up to our Germany warehouse. I will keep you posted as I hear specific timeframes to expect.

• US: The inventory is on a boat headed for US shores. Then it needs to make its way through customs and such, and then will head to our warehouse. I will keep you posted as things get closer!
• Canada: As usual, once our US warehouse receives all the inventory they will peel off a sub-shipment to be sent up to our Canadian fulfillment location. So your timeline will be slightly longer than the US, but not far off.
• Europe: Hive Interactive is now in progress of consolidating our shipment with other publishers' inventory. It should soon set sail for Greece, and from there our inventory will be trucked up to our Germany warehouse. I will keep you posted as I hear specific timeframes to expect.
• Asia: Complete! Note that some countries in Asia experience a bit of a delay due to shipments to hubs, but VFI has sent out all packages at this point. 
• Australia: Complete!

• US: The inventory is hopping on the boat from China any day now. I'll wait until I hear an estimated landing date before I give any further details of what to expect.
• Canada: As usual, once our US warehouse receives all the inventory they will peel off a sub-shipment to be sent up to our Canadian fulfillment location. So your timeline will be slightly longer than the US, but not far off.
• Europe: We had a lot of logistical issues getting our ocean freight worked out for Europe, but we do have our plan in place at this point. Hive Interactive will be managing ocean freight consolidation between us and a few other publishers, and they expect the consolidated shipment to hop on a boat in about a month. I will keep you posted as this progresses.
• Asia: Shipments should begin over the next 2-4 weeks, although please keep in mind that for many Asian countries VFI sends inventory to hubs that can take longer to process. But they should be receiving the last cartons they need to start fulfillment any day now.

• US: Our inventory will soon be consolidated with Tycoon Games' inventory, destined for US shores. Once there, our inventory will be separated out and trucked over to our warehouse, The Game Crafter. They will then receive, inventory, and begin sending out backer shipments. 
• Canada: Once our US warehouse receives the shipment, they will peel off the necessary inventory for Canada and ship that up to Lion Rampant. So, as usual, somewhat dependent on our US operations, but still all underway and coming soon enough!
• Europe: We are arranging ocean freight to our Germany warehouse now. We expect this to get moving soon, as we absolutely need to have these copies in Germany in time for Essen in mid-October. 
• Asia: We are arranging for VFI Asia to pick up the necessary inventory soon, so they can process individual backer shipments. 
• Australia & NZ: We are arranging for VR Distribution to pick up the necessary inventory soon, so they can process individual backer shipments.
