Pins are graded on a Pass/No Pass system. Pins will be held at an arm's length and any visible discoloration, scratches, and other cosmetic defects will be graded as No Pass IF the overall artwork is affected by the issue. Minor scratches, pin-back defects (not including the pin post), and other non-visible defects will be considered a pass.

Since there are jump pledge numbers, you can back the 1-pin tier however often you like to reach the desired number. For example, if you want 7 pins, you can back the 5-pin tier and the 1-pin tier twice to have a total of 7 pins. You will also receive the free mini pin in this case.

Pintopia will run from 01/23/2025 10am PST to 02/13/2025 1pm PST. If the project is funded, we will move immediately into production. Production is expected to take 1-2 months with an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping. Once pins are received, pins will be graded on a Pass/No Pass system (see Pin Grading section for more details). Timelines are subject to change, but PikaLin Studios will always work towards getting your rewards to you as quickly as possible.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
