Quick updates on the shipping progress for Rifts® for Savage Worlds - Core Reprint:

There are 9 people who have not answered their survey! Please remember that Pinnacle would like to honor all pledges, but after the campaign fulfills, we do not hold stock in reserve for uncompleted pledges. If reward items are unavailable, we will provide a store credit instead of the original pledge item.

This project's shipping timeline unintentionally collided with the logistical chaos our warehouse bringing tens of thousands of books to and from Gen Con for us and their many other clients and the ramp up of getting things going after their return.

International pallets are prepared and we're coordinating with our international partners to receive those. 

Domestic orders are commencing shipping! This was erroneously listed as "finished" in our newsletter update, apologies for the error.  We'll have a formal update HERE when domestic orders are actually finished. No need to contact our customer service now.

There are only a handful of folks who have not completed your surveys. Please search your inbox/spam/promotions/update folders for an email with subject beginning: "Reminder -- Response needed "
to complete your survey and make any necessary payments if your cards had an issue the first time.

Thanks to your patience and support, we’ve successfully navigated the recent tariff changes without passing along any additional costs to our backers. The flexibility you gave us allowed us to avoid the highest tariff period and we are able to cover the new tariff costs on our end. Your understanding over the past few weeks made all the difference.

No Tariff-Related Charges Will Be Passed On.
We’re happy to report that the final shipping charges do not include any increases related to the tariff situation. Your pledge price and shipping costs remain as originally planned.

Shipping Charges Begin Next Week.
BackerKit will send out an "Upcoming Charge" email as early as Monday of next week. 48 hours later, your cards will be charged for the shipping cost. If you need to update your payment method or shipping address, now is the time to log into BackerKit and make any final adjustments.

Shipping Is Imminent.
Once the charges are processed, we’ll begin fulfillment. Your rewards are printed, packed, and ready to move. We’re excited to start getting them into your hands very soon!

Final Shipping Rates.
You can review your outstanding balance for shipping by visiting your pledge in the BackerKit pledge manager. These rates reflect our best available pricing through trusted shipping partners and are not inflated due to tariffs.
