Hi, I’m Isa, the creator behind Pitshôni Studio. I work from my little studio in France. I’m so happy to welcome you to my new project! :)

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of bringing several projects to life through Kickstarter and BackerKit. Many of my previous enamel pin collections have been inspired by one of my biggest loves: cats! But I’ve also had fun creating Kitsune and characters.

But this time, I wanted to do something a little different and shine a spotlight on some of the other animals I absolutely adore! 

But before we dive into the collection, let me walk you through how this campaign works! :)

Here's everything you need to know, from choosing your pledge to receiving your pins.

Welcome to my little autumn pin collection!

I imagined a few little animals enjoying quiet moments in the season, sitting among fallen leaves, resting in the grass, perched on a branch, or simply taking in their surroundings. Just some peaceful little scenes with a cosy autumn feeling. :)

Each pin will be approximately 1.4 inches (3.5 cm), with a gold finish, two back posts, and the studio logo on the back.

I wanted to keep these designs to feel soft, warm and a little comforting, with a small touch of autumn.

This project is part of Pintober, an event where different pin artists come together and share their collections.

The square frames surrounding the designs are for display purposes only and do not represent the final sticker size or cut shape.

Each sticker will be individually cut around the outline of its artwork, including any elements that extend beyond the frame. The longest dimension of each finished sticker will be approximately 6 cm (2.4 inches), this does not mean that each sticker will measure 6 × 6 cm.

Since every design has a different shape and silhouette, the finished stickers will vary in size proportions and cut shapes, rather than all having identical square dimensions.

Each sticker will also feature a beautiful golden outline for an extra touch of shine!

Shipping costs will be calculated after the campaign, when you complete your survey and finalize your rewards and any add-ons.

The final shipping cost depends on your destination and the total weight of your package, including the pins, packaging, freebies, and any additional items you choose.

You’ll only pay your final shipping fee once your survey is completed and everything has been confirmed. All packages will be shipped with tracking.

US rewards will be fulfilled by my fulfillment partner in Seattle, who has also handled my previous projects.

Once the products arrive at their warehouse, please allow up to one month for them to process and ship all the packages.

Since your reward will be shipped from within the United States, there will be no import duties, customs fees, or import tariffs for you to pay when receiving your package.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to offer shipping to EU countries for this campaign. :(😿

This is related to the recent new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). The regulation introduces additional requirements around packaging and how products are placed on the European market. I’m currently taking some time to understand these requirements and make sure everything is properly in place before I can resume shipping to EU countries.

This is a temporary situation, and I’m keeping an eye on how things develop. I hope to be able to reopen shipping to Europe once everything is clearer and properly in place.

If you have a trusted friend or family member outside the EU who can receive a package for you, another possible option is to have them support the campaign on your behalf and forward the package to you afterwards.

I know this is different from my previous projects, where I was able to ship to Europe, and I really appreciate your understanding while I work through this temporary situation.😿

For other destinations where shipping is available, rewards will be shipped directly from France.

I’ll personally prepare and dispatch the packages as soon as the products arrive and everything is ready to go.

Please note that some destinations may not be available due to local restrictions, customs requirements, or other shipping limitations.

For international packages, import taxes, VAT, customs duties, tariffs, or other fees may apply, depending on your country and its current regulations.

These costs are not included in your pledge or shipping fee and, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

The customs rules can vary from one country to another, so I recommend checking your local regulations before pledging to avoid unexpected costs when your package arrives.

These are only estimates, and the final weight may vary slightly depending on your rewards and the final packaging.

Since each pin is individually made, there may sometimes be small differences from one pin to another. Even with A-grade quality, you might occasionally notice a tiny speck, a slight color variation, or a small imperfection. These little things are a normal part of the manufacturing process and won’t affect the overall look or quality of the pin.

The colors may also look slightly different depending on your screen, so the final pins might not be exactly the same as what you see on your phone or computer.

I’ll do my best to keep the project moving according to schedule, but sometimes things can take a little longer than expected. Manufacturing, quality checks, customs, or shipping can all add some extra time along the way.

If there are any changes or delays, I’ll share them through the Updates section so you can easily keep up with the project. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times can also vary depending on your local postal service and customs.

And of course, if you have any questions or if there’s ever a problem with your order, feel free to reach out through the Updates or Community sections. I’ll do my best to help! <3

These enamel pins are collectible items and not toys. They contain small parts and sharp pin posts, so they are not suitable for young children.

Please keep them out of reach of young children and pets. 🙏🏼
