A non-update update
I don't want to send out an entire update to say that I didn't realize it took a couple of days for Backerkit to approve the surveys (that's on me, not them). So take this as an inner-office memo I'm simply spreading around. They should be out in the next few days then!

As of today, Wednesday morning, 60% of the shipments have been delivered to USPS. I am hoping by the end of the day today, the other 40% will be delivered to USPS. That means some of you might receive your games as early as this weekend. That's exciting!
This was the chaos at my house the last few days.
Here are some things to note:
Tracking Information: You should receive emails from Pirateship with your tracking numbers. I will also format the tracking numbers the way Backerkit wants them and upload them, so you can get the official shipping notification through their system tonight or tomorrow. Sorry, you will probably receive this information a couple of times. I doubt you will mind.
Digital PDFs:Thanks again to John C for this information, but: Go into your Backerkit survey, and it will have a button for downloadable content. Click that and save the .pdf to your computer. If you are stuck and can't find it, just message me and I'll send it to you. But try those instructions first.
Errors, Mistakes, Missing Packages, etc: Inevitably, a few of you might be the recipient of missing or messed up packages. That's the nature of the mail service and being a one-person operation. Just send me a message through Backerkit and we'll get it fixed, no worries.
The Future of Meeting Memos
One of my favorite parts about this project is people asking me, "What about other classes?" or "What about other ways to meet, like Zoom meetings?" And I LOVE IT. Truthfully, the idea would be to make a few of these in different classes where friends who are coworkers could play together in a meeting and come together at the end to explore what happened.
If you like that idea, make it. I have no problem eventually sending people files to make a Bard Version of Meeting Memos. Those of you who are new here will learn I'm super open about my "ownership" of projects. Please run with it and make something cool! It could be that I revisit Meeting Memos in another 6 months, but I have a long list of projects I want to knock out and explore first.
What's Next for Press Pot?
The easiest way to find out what I'm working on is by following me on the dumpster fire of a social media site: Twitter.
I also have a website, Press Pot Games, where you can grab other things and follow along with future endeavors.
I have a Substack that I think I posted to once last year. I'm being a bit more determined about pushing things out there occasionally, but it's pretty rare.
Finally, I have an itch page with al the PDFs of all my RPGs.

CardRunners: a 2p cooperative hand management, 55-card game where you play as cyberpunks trying to take down the Man. Pre-orders for this small box card game will go live on my website in August. You can read more about it here.
West Texas Railways: is a 1-6 player print & play, flip & fill game that requires printing a map sheet and having a deck of cards. Build track, purchase shares, and build junctions to make the best route you can! I'm not sure how this one will release yet. Might be through Backerkit as a $5 downloadable file. Could be fun.

Then, even more exciting things like extra boxes for larger packages. And then I decided to get the rule sheets professionally printed instead of doing so on my own. They're not super fancy, but they're not pieces of paper I printed at home and folded for you. There's also one other secret thing for physical backers. It's small, but fun. You'll get it in the shipment.
But the big surprise? Apparently I have 6 boxes of notepads showing up at my house tomorrow! That's thrilling. That also means I am locking down addresses over the weekend. So please make any final changes you need to.
Sadly, I didn't plan to be able to pack games this weekend because they weren't even supposed to arrive until the end of next week. That means I'm going to start packing around July 18th-19th with first shipments out the door by the end of the weekend. Instead, I'm doing the very adult thing of getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow. I say that to let you know I'll be out of touch over the next few days. So please be patient as I spend a couple of days recovering, drooling, and watching movies.

After working with Backerkit this last week, I think I have most of the kinks worked out. They utilize a different (and rather robust) survey-building design than I have ever used, so it took some learning on my part.
Here are the survey details:
A "smoke test" survey has gone out to a small percentage of you. If all looks good, then the rest will go out Sunday.
Since this has taken some learning on my behalf (and gone on longer that I usually like), I will keep the pledge manager open a bit longer as well, about two weeks. Afterwards, I will have to lock down orders and purchase memo pads to ship!
Remember that all levels come with a PDF. If you ordered a physical copy, you can add up to 4 more. You can also add the Press Pot Games RPG PDF bundle if you'd like.
As mentioned before, this is going a bit longer than my usual super fact turnaround (mostly due to me learning how to set up surveys!). Everything should be out the door by the end of July/beginning of August. Most of you don't know any different or don't mind, but I have a track record of pushing out campaigns within a month. Anything longer makes me fidgety. :)

I have a confession to make: I never remember when my crowdfunding campaigns end. For the last 6 days I swore it ended Monday at noon. Well, apparently it ends Tuesday at noon. That being said, it was nice to see the 48-hour reminder (and the typical bump that comes with it)!
WRAPPING UP THE CAMPAIGN
Everything ends on Tuesday while I'm in the middle of a work trip. I return Thursday, so expect the pledge manager to go out on Friday or Saturday. You will be able to add up to 4 additional memo pads and the Press Pot Games RPG PDF bundle in the pledge manager. Check out the last update to see what all of that is about.
This has been a super fast and fairly easy campaign! For those of you who are new to what I do, everything is finished before I even launch a crowdfunding campaign, that way I can get things printed and shipped out typically in 4-6 weeks.
A TIMELINE
Campaign wraps up Tuesday.
Pledge manager surveys go out Friday or Saturday.
I will leave these open for a bit over a week.
End of June, I place an order for a bunch of notepads.
Two weeks later, they show up at my house.
Over the two following weeks, I print labels, stuff packages, and ship!

As a reminder, this campaign is only 7 days, which means it's closing next Monday morning. If you have anyone waiting until the last minute, that's perfectly fine, but don't wait too last minute. Surveys will go out pretty soon afterwards, too. If you haven't backed one of my campaigns before, I move pretty quickly. I want to honor your time and funding!

Additional Memo Pads As I mentioned in the last update, people can add additional memo pads in the pledge manager. I think I will have to cap them at 4 additional memo pads (a total of 6 can fit in a box). Additional shipping will apply. Things get weird beyond 6. I am a one-person operation after all.
Press Pot Games RPG PDF Bundle I have made quite a few games in the last 4 years, and I would like to make sure you can get the PDF versions of some of themif you want. In the pledge manager, you will be able to add a PDF Bundle of 7 Press Pot RPGs for $15. These will be delivered to you digitally and come at less than 50% of what I usually charge. If you haven't backed anything from me before, this is a great way to get all the "big hits."

Thanks for being a part of this. It has been a while since I have run a campaign, and I have switched platforms a few times. I'm grateful for those of you who have made the switch with me to Backerkit. Each time I run a campaign, I am blown away by the response. I never want to take for granted that I have wonderful people like you who believe in the things that I make. And for that, I am exceptionally grateful.
What to Expect
If you are new to one of my campaigns, it's good to have you! I run Press Pot Games by myself and have a track record of quirky, small-form games. It's what I love to do, and this one is no different. In the past I have run campaigns for small-form RPG zines, print and plays, and small-box card games.
Logistics
You will notice this is a short, no-frills campaign. After 7 days, the campaign will end. Very soon afterwards, I'll send out surveys. After those get filled out, I will order the memo pads to ship out. The game is completely finished, so truly I'll only be waiting on 1) you all to fill out your surveys and 2) production and shipping, which should be a 3-4 week window. Then I will pack them up and mail them out. The memo pads should be en route to you by the end of July (barring mass upheaval in the world, which I mean is every other day now).
During the campaign, I will send an update every couple of days. It will have information about the gameplay and other stuff of interest. I will not overwhelm you with information.
Adding More Memo Pads
A few people have asked about adding on more memo pads during pledge manager. The answer is "yes," but Backerkit is still new to me (from the creator side) so it will take some tinkering over the week to figure out how that will work. Obviously, it will increase shipping somewhat in the US and exponentially outside of the US, so I would be really cognizant of that.
