I have gone ahead and made add-ons for the two big Treasure options at $70 and $100, in case you want TWO sets of everything!

I'm going to be tinkering with designs on the way to our final moments here, and hope to have the final pin designs to share with you all either today or tomorrow! : )

As soon as this project wraps, I intend to take it to manufacturing, and what a fun time it will be friends. This will be maybe my quickest turn around project yet. We'll get things made, shipped to me, I'll charge shipping, then I'll ship everyone's orders on out.

Hello friends,

I have to admit, I didn't expect this to get as big as it got! I thought we'd have the three deaths and the Alleyman and maybe get the Alleyway Oracle, and I wouldn't be changing much. But then things kept unlocking, and I added more and more because I can never help myself.

But I wasn't done with the pin designs we unlocked, and sitting down and finishing them has shown me that I wasn't happy with others, and before I knew it, we had an assortment of reimagined pins! So let me introduce you to our final pins for the project.

These two haven't changed, but they're still lovely! The Alleyway Oracle, and the Alleyman himself.
The Alleyway Oracle was based on the amazing photoshoot I had with KP11 in my Alleyway garb. The Alleyman is based on the photo done by Nicolas Bruno, artist of the Somnia Tarot and two-time collaborator on the Alleyman's decks.

Then we have the sets of 3. I have lightly touched up our Death Pins, adding the darker red I added in the Final Tarot pin. Largely I'm happy with them as being a bit simpler from being my earliest designs on this project. Now, the Sun, Moon, and Star had a HUGE facelift. I was trying to base the card designs in the Alleyman's decks, and as it stood, the Sun, Moon, and Star were not that at all. And that's because though it's a trio I wanted to offer, I didn't do any of those designs in the decks!

The Star is based on Janice Pedersen's Star in the Alleyman's Tarot, my mother's design. The Moon is based on Yve Lepkowski's incredible Moon in the Alleyway Tarot, from the Tarrocchino Arlecchino which you can see here, The work on this page is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, and so Yve was happy to offer it into the deck, and now I have extended that ShareAlike license to this modification for the pin. The Sun was complicated, as neither Suns in the original Alleyman's or the Alleyway were public domain or available for me to use without looping that artist in on the project, and I've been trying to stick to NOT needing to split things different directions on this project, so I drew out the Radiance face from the original edition of my Oracle Dice set as the base of the design.
If this new celestial trio is blowing your mind like it did mine but you missed a set, you'll be able to grab it in the survey when those go out next week.

For the final three, I have put together The Bogeyman, the Final Tarot Card, and the Queen of Bombs!

And I lightly updated the Justice card pin to give it a little more going on. A goodie if ever there was one.

And this isn't even really a pin design as it stands, but it's just going to be the logo. Pretty straightforward! There will be light simplification to take it to manufacturing, but it'll still be clear.

And of course, we had the collab pin! I haven't determined how many people got them yet, but we'll check that soon!

And that's our project!! Overall our numbers look like this:

We're going to wait a little bit to get the surveys out. This is because I'm going to figure out shipping costs now and have it applied to your orders when you go to check out on the survey. This should speed up the process as opposed to charging it later and having people confused about how to do it and cards failing etc etc, it's just better to set it all up at once.

You'll be able to add any additional pins at that time, and in the mean time the pre-order store will go up for people who missed the project entirely! There will also be plenty of extras (planning to do about 500 of each design) for people who missed the project, so you'll be able to get them later on my online store or at conventions. 

For now, hang tight! I'm going to send the pin designs to the manufacturer and figure out the weights for the items and what shipping will cost. There are less than 300 of you so I can figure out the order combos fairly easy I think!

Well then, we broke $9000 after all!

I'm chugging away at the $9000 pin reward. I said I would share what they are, and while they aren't quite done and ready, I'm putting them together! Our final trio of cards will be the Bogeyman, The Final Tarot Card, and the Queen of Bombs! None of these are finalized, I'll likely have to simplify part of the Final Tarot Card, and I want to adjust the Queen of Bombs more, but I'm getting there!  And yes, the Final Tarot Card will be setting its own frame, as per usual. It hates to be normal. : )

I have an extra card design that maybe I'll toss in at $10k. Depends on how much JUSTICE we think we might need! Watch for the final 24 hours my friends, and see you again soon.

This 13th pin is being added to the project, and is auto included in the 70 and 100 tiers. It will be available as its own add on!

It was clear in the poll, people wanted the Dark Oracle! I had to adjust some elements of the design to make it less than 4.5" in height-- a size that felt a little ridiculous, even for me. I'm still iterating of course, as always, but I'm pleased with where it has gotten! Still, at 3.5" tall, this is the biggest of the pins in the project! 

That and the celestial set has filled this campaign out beautifully already I think! But yes, when we break $9000, I will be pushed to reveal the final three cards in the last of the set. But not just yet. 

This is also a great time to throw out a reminder that we have incredible packaged deals here in the project for all the pins from the project for $70, or all them PLUS the three game sets for just $100, for you super collectors out there! 

And don't forget we have the Alleyman's Tarot logo itself as a pin now! So if you've always wanted one, no is the time to grab the darn thing! : )

Hello backers,

It's been a wild week and a half for me as I've tried to salvage my work computer.
At the moment, I am porting my entire harddrive onto an external and getting access to files that have been out of reach for a bit now. Work computer is still busted, but at least I have the files in hand now!

This means that at the least, the Alleyman's Tarot Pin can be handed off to my pin manufacturer to figure out the best way to make it work, and the Sun, Moon, and Star design I'd already put some work on are now in reach. Neither of these are in their final forms for manufacturing, but now I have the files to work with again!

Do want to be clear though, the Sun/Moon/Star designs are NOT final. I have a bunch of work to do on that moon and sun in particular, and the rough background is going to be redone with the trees and mountain. Those aren't staying.

That said, I now want to hear from you all, which of the Alleyway Oracles are we including for the Oracle Pin?

The hunched alleyway merchant look, the fanned cards with the mysterious face partially revealed, the Oracle handing us cards and crowned, or the dark oracle, card floating between her claws? Or you can vote 1, 2, 3, or 4. That works too! : ) Poll attached below!

It's also been clear from the votes that people want another set of 3 Pin-cards for our final pinset! So it will be. I am adding two new pledge tiers, one that grabs all the pins from this project (including our 9000 goal pins), and another that includes ALL the pins entirely, including the pub-gob extras. And throwing out the Add-On for the mysterious final card-set of pins, which I will work on and reveal before we close out here!

That's another $20 add-on for 3 more pins, or a $70 pledge tier with one of all the pins on this project, or a $100 tier with all the pins on offer, the ones from this project PLUS the Zoetrope, What We Possess, and Take Me to the Dark pin sets!

With that, I can say this project is FULL of goodies. I'll get to work on the next set of cards to share what they are when we hit $9000, and in a few days we'll see which Oracle I'm pin-ifying!

Well, as my work computer is in the shop until a bit later this week, I don't yet have a pin design for the Alleyway Oracle nor the Sun, Star, and Moon! However, I've went ahead and put up add-ons for those items. You can grab them to your heart's content! 

I am so impressed that we rushed up to 6500$ so quickly, with no advertising too!

So since we may yet hit 9000, I would LOVE to hear from you all in the comments below, what more would you want?! Another big pin, a set of 3, or something else entirely? What would complete this set of tarot pins??

The backers have spoken, and it looks like we will be adding a Sun, Moon, and Star pin set to our project! I've already got some drafts going on those, but unfortunately my work computer decided to take a long nap and is in the shop for repairs. So in the meantime, we're about to blow past the $6000 too, which will give us a large pin, like the Alleyman.

I'm plugging the poll in here, but let me know in the comments as well: What large pin would you like to see? The Alleyway Oracle from the amazing photos on that project? Maybe a Publishing Goblin in full body? Or how about one of the Lords of the Oracle Dice?!

Let me know your thoughts, and I'll get to work iterating the next pin designs!
