I got most everything in the campaign (regretting not getting stone dice though but the regular dice are awesome!) and while 90% of it is great, there are a couple things - first is that the circle on the chaos die is blank - but I see some folks thinks this is deliberate - if so, maybe doing it a different way would have been better because right now it just looks like a defect. The other, more important issue, is that the box for the 22-card Lords Oracle looks like someone put it in a vice grip. I can't even get the box lid off to get to the deck inside. Nothing else appears to be damaged so I wonder if this was done prior to packaging (in which case, why are they sending out such visibly damaged products?) How would I go about getting a replacement for this item?
