Hello my friends, as of the 9th, I was supposed to cancel orders of the 23 folks who never did their surveys. I didn't do that yet though! Which means for the 23 people on the list of never doing surveys have yet one more day. Tomorrow when I get to it, I'm cancelling their orders. I will email them each directly today with links to their surveys, letting them know they're getting one final day... a week after I said I would cancel haha. Maybe I give too many chances!

That's it! These 43 people have been emailed ceaselessly by me and Backerkit. I'll make one last try today! I'll give the 20 people with failed shipping charges another week, to the 23rd, to get them taken care of. End of day tomorrow I'm cancelling the 23 people who never did surveys, and end of day the 23rd I'm cancelling the remaining 20.
DAMAGED, LOST, MISSING ITEMS deadline
You have 30 days after your package arrives (according to tracking) to let us know that items are missing, damaged. Inform New Titan. You have 45 days after your package is shipped to let us know that your package itself didn't arrive, based on your tracking number's start date. For international backers, that's 60 days.

My office is a mess with your envelopes of items, right now. I'm trying to get them out today and tomorrow. It's one of those things where the shipping and materials cost are coming out of my pocket so I'll admit I haven't had them top of the list of things to do. My apologies! I got a little... overzealous with bonus add-ons and tiers at the last hours of the project and offered things for less than it costs for me to make or send out haha, so I'm now laying in the bed I made.

Hello folks! I've seen a big rise in emails this weekend from people worried about their packages, so let's get some answers out here! I apologies I was in Philadelphia for Pax Unplugged Thurs-Mon, and so I saw it all come in but resolved to handle it today.
When Will My Package Ship?
Many people already have them, and many also don't. My understanding (and I'm gaining new info from New Titan today) ((never mind I guess tomorrow but I already have the info I need in hand)) is that packages are entering the mail for the US this week. International orders should, generally, already have their packages, or at least tracking! If you didn't, you can see "I Didn't Get a Package or Tracking" below.
So to be clear, US people should expect packages to start heading to them yet this week and into next week. Canada orders should see tracking start up in that same time, but I know with the strike it may be chaos when it reaches the border.
Will I Get Tracking?
Yes! New Titan auto-sends to the email associated with your backerkit when they ship your item. This often has a subject line like "Publishing Goblin has sent you a package!"
I Didn't Get a Package or Tracking! or I'm Missing Items!
Please contact New Titan Print, who both manufactured and have handled our shipping for us. Deadlines!
Now on this project, 1850 people are all good and having items in hand now or shortly. But 44 are having their shipping cost added to their orders now, and another 29 haven't done their surveys at all, while another 31 have shipping charges on their accounts but have no payment method input to pay it, so have been sitting.
The 44 who are getting shipping costs added to their orders right now are going to be charged once they are all on.
The 29 who didn't reply to their surveys are going to be emailed (again, for the 12th+ time)
The 31 with no payment methods have to go in manually to input a pay method, and I'll be emailing them directly today with directions!
SURVEY DEADLINE before orders are canceled Since we are sending the first wave officially now, we begin our timer for the last people to get their info in. We now have 30 days for people who didn't do surveys to get those in. This is the 9th of January. If people don't get their surveys done by that day, their orders will be canceled with their funds put in the project considered donations to the project's fulfillment. If after that time people have shipping costs but haven't paid their shipping still, I'll reach out and give them one more week to get that taken care of. Otherwise their pledges will likewise be canceled.

And yes, I do have the Misery Tarot live right now on Backerkit. And no, I do not at all begrudge you for choosing to wait to back it (if you are at all) until you have the Normal Tarot in your hands! In fact, I fully support that! I'm doing my best to set up projects so that projects of the same type (tarot and tarot, game and game, pin and pin) are shipped out before another one launches, with some exceptions like the Hot Housewives Tarot which is running in the background of other projects. But if you're so moved, or you get yours in hand and then are ready for more, you can back it here!
Hello friends, last update was still almost on the dot, but we're delayed by freight drivers to getting things out after Thanksgiving. Likely we'll all be seeing them in the first week of December. Apologies for the delay, but these freight hiccups seem to be more and more common, and we're not the only ones.
Still, just one week away now. Enjoy your holidays with loved ones if you celebrate, and have a fun dance party in your room if not! : )
The latest update I've received is that by the 20th or thereabouts, the pallets of decks will be to all the warehouses, and from then on we will ship the decks out for the US, Canada, or Mexico. That means you should expect to receive your tracking numbers starting on the 21st~ and on.
International orders are already all on their way~! So keep an eye out-- many times you only get the email letting you know about your order when it's scanned in your local country, so stay tuned for those emails to hit you.

I am still assigning shipping prices to peoples pre-orders and the like, so it's possible that yours wasn't on the docket yet if you got your survey in late, or never got your shipping paid for. In that case, you'd want to reach out to me!
For most of us, we will have decks in hand by the end of the month! Some will see them arrive in the first week of December or so. I, on the other hand, am special and got mine early! Okay, okay, so it's just because I'm the creator. But I'll pretend I'm special!

Did you know that flipping through a deck like this, that's this big, across 4 decks is really tiring for your hands? Because I know that now! Also I'll probably do a digital one at some point so you can more clearly see the decks. It was hard to do with my limited video setup!
Once I have confirmation that the first wave of items has shipped, I will start our countdown toward when people need to get their surveys in. People will have 30 days from the day Wave 1 is finished shipping to get their info in, or forfeit their pledge rewards. I will be messaging them all directly, and emailing them.
You also have 45 days from the day of your tracking number being sent to you to let us know if it doesn't arrive, or if items are missing once it does arrive. You'll want to let New Titan know in either of those cases.
Otherwise, sit tight! Starting on the 20th and on, we should start seeing things heading out to people!
A few people have been asking for updates, so I wanted to lay out the timeline clearly for everyone. First, I moved everyone who is in Fulfillment's hands to 'Fulfilled'. This just means your package is moving, not that it's expected to already be in your hands.
NORTH AMERICA
We had a set date of September 30th to get our packages in the container and on a boat to leave China. It was delayed due to the Chinese Holiday that goes from Oct 1-8, but we still got out of port on the 4th. That said, it should arrive in the US by the end of October. We will then move the stock around between our three main warehouses: California, New Jersey, Texas. Once all warehouses have their stock, we will send packages out at the same time, looking to be mid-November.
That means that your packages are en-route for North America, but you will see it in roughly a month from today. If you move in that time and need to update your address, you can email New Titan who is handling our fulfillment! [email protected]
REST OF WORLD
We are aiming to ship right around the time that our vessel arrives to the US, as we will be moving pallets around first before shipping to the US, so our packages should generally arrive all at the same time around the world. This means Mid-November.
If you are a RoW backer (outside of the US/Canada/Mexico), and you will be moving before then, please let New Titan know at the above shared email!
This means the Normal Tarot should be in people's hands for the holidays, which is pretty lovely.
CONFLUENCE: The Living Archive
CONFLUENCE: The Living Archive is the currently live (here on Backerkit) project for the all-new roleplaying game about exploration and experience in the wide world of Ajurea. Strange events called Confluxes bring in peoples, places, items, ideas, magics, technologies, and more from the past, future, and other worlds entirely! This means Confluence is a game of constant new-ness, running into new peoples and ideas and cultures at every turn with near-infinite possibility.
While it is a big TTRPG, there is also a Lore Bundle that you can grab that includes just the lore/setting information in two books that explore the world in a way that's fun to read and that you could treat as purely interesting diegetic (in-world) volumes. You could also totally use these as a campaign setting to play in a system of your choice!
